https://youtu.be/a3CpQZlL1mk Tightly framed viewport limits the ability to read levels and enemy positions adding difficulty in a frustrating way.
Fun game with a speedrun sensibility while not forcing you to speedrun on your first playthrough. I'd definitely recommend to anyone looking for a fun platforming challenge.
Cute lil game
This is an awesome retro platformer. I really enjoy how a few basic mechanics combine to give you a lot of freedom to play the levels quickly. The length between checkpoints feels reasonable while still making progress feel like an accomplishment. If you read this far you already spent more time reading this review than dollars it costs to check out this game so buy it!
Aunque no lo parezca es muy retador y no me esperaba que fuese tan buen juego muy recomendado
I wanted to like this game a lot more than I ended up however in spite of the graphics, sound, overall design and low price all being positives, at several points in the game the level design becomes frustrating which when combined with the number of moves mapped to way too few buttons it sucked the fun out of this for me. Sorry
Appropriately challenging and fun little platformer with great price
meh
Music is absolutely atrocious, the settings only allow you to switch the 2 key binds instead of remapping them, and there's too many moves mapped to the previously mentioned 2 keys. All in all, there's 4 moves; jump, slide, glide, and ground pound. A fifth would be the small jump which first requires the player to slide and then jump. The glide is poorly made as it not only slows the fall to an absolute crawl but immensely slows the horizontal movement speed as well, and the player also has to go into the settings to allow toggling glide instead of holding it down, which is not a fun experience while trying to use any other movement options. On top of that, It took me about an hour to finish this 100%, and I was barely trying. For roughly 5 dollars, this is not worth it. Save yourself multiple headaches. Also, precision platformer is a stretch considering how little precision is needed for most of the game.
So let me start with, I'm probably not the right kind of player for this game. I've played Celeste through the summit but that's about as good as my precision platforming goes. But my problem is there's no reward. You clear a level, no matter how many stars you get, and then it's onto the next level. There's no screen saying level complete. No lore or anything in between. Just off you go to the next one.
