This is a doozy. INFINITE BRIDGE have a long history of stealing the work of others and putting it up on Steam, but this time it looks like they went too far.
This is the "Game-Asteroids-Unity" open source game from developer, Adam Holland. INFINITE BRIDGE went to Adam's Github and ripped his source code without adhering to the Apache License 2.0 which the game was released under. Here's the Github repository:

I've reported this to Valve in the hopes they can remediate this copyright/license infringement. Just when you think INFINITE BRIDGE can't get any worse.
