Arkhelom 3D

Обычный скролл-шутер (3D Arcade Shoot'em up). Ничем особо не отличается. Вполне добротный, напоминает классические игры этого жанра. Я не очень люблю этот жанр, поэтому не могу оценить плюсы и минусы в полной мере. Видимо делали в расчете на олдскульщиков.

[h1] 2D[/h1] Почему «[i] Arkhelom 3D[/i]», если игра сделана в двухмерной проекции? Или такой вариант пафоснее и созвучнее, чем «[i] Arkhelom 2D[/i]»? Почему бы просто было не обойтись одним «[i] Arkhelom[/i]»? 70 типов врагов, большинство которых играет роль пушечного мяса, 24 уровня с абсолютно разным дизайном и несколько повторяющимися ситуациями. 9 кораблей, 5 дронов, 5 видов ракет, 5 типов пушек, 5 уровней прокачки на каждое. Самое гениальное в том, что пушки, дроны, ракеты одинаковы для всех кораблей, но, купив новый истребитель надо заново покупать и улучшать всё. Плюс так же отсутствует описание для дронов. В итоге на экране мы имеем тир без какой-либо изюминки. В зависимости от сложности, выбранной в настройках, мы будем иметь проблемы с состоянием корпуса корабля. Оно не восстанавливается автоматически на каждом уровне, а попадаются какие-то бонусы, которые чинят, а чинят они, к слову, не слишком много и находются не слишком часто. Дела с деньгами идут лучше, встречаются тоже не часто, но при повторном прохождении уровня можно сорвать неплохой куш. С технической стороны у игры имеется целый ряд проблем. После того, как мы прошли уровень, заработали денюжек, мы не можем просто так взять и купить то, что хотим, даже из игры не можем выйти. Надо запустить какой-нибудь уровень нажать на паузу (клавиша P), а потом Esc, после чего мы попадём в главное меню, либо 2 раза нажать Esc и мы выйдем из игры. При запуске на Win 10 вылезает ошибку, поставив игру на совместимость с XP – всё хорошо, через Vista, 7, 8 почему-то тоже ошибка, хотя игра вышла в 2015. Но при выходе из игры остаётся программное маленькое окошечко, которое нужно закрывать вручную дополнительно. Т.к. графическая часть, анимация и музыка посредственны, то [i] DreamsSoftGames[/i], оправдываясь пишут нам: [i]«Arkhelom 3D is a shoot-em'up inspired by classics of the genre»[/i]. [i] Arkhelom 3D[/i] ничем не примечательный [i] Shoot'em up[/i] без какой-либо изюминки. Разработчики опоздали лет на 10, будь эта пострелушка тогда в нулевые на платформе [i] Java[/i], на худой конец 2010 год, цены бы не было [i] Arkhenom 3D[/i]. Сейчас на фоне остальных игр, представленных в сервисе, [i] Ahkenom 3D[/i] слаб. И нет ни одной причины купить его.

Game resoultion is stuck at 1024x768. Controls are horrendous, mouse even on lowest settings is too fast and looks like it turns on acceleration, which is impossible to turn off. I honestly tried to finish a level but the game crashed with a memory violation problem :) What this piece of trash is doing on steam?

预告片很火爆，甚至还有3D镜头转换，但是画面有点杂乱无章。 爽归爽，还是需要遵循一些原则。 感觉深度优化一下潜力很大。

It depends on how old you are and if you appreciate old school games likes this but I thought it was great! Inexpensive and great gameplay. It might feel like playing a win98 game but addicting like the rest in this genre. My only complaint is it is not OBS compatible so streaming it is kinda complicated. The gameplay and graphics are quite nice, but at the moment there are way too many flaws to give this game a good review! First of all, I had to run the game in Windows XP compatability mode to get it even started. Second, it somehow doesnt scale right. So I had to run it on 1024x768 desktop resolution. And third, it isn't even running smooth at all. It almost feels like it's lagging when there's much action going on. And it often is hard to keep track of what's happening. The soundtrack is kind of okay-ish. Hopefully I'm gonna get to edit my review, as the developers are updating the game.

You can unlock up to 9 ships each equipped with a gun, missile, drones, a time stop (hit enter), & an ability to clone 2 enemies to fight for you (hit space). You can upgrade your weapons up to level 5 or buy new ones from 5 variations of each type that you can swap between in combat. Kill enemies, grab power up, down bosses, but in here your ship will also evolve into 3 more powerful forms during game play.

Not a big fan of the genre but I can have fun with good Shoot Em Ups from time to time. Arkhelom 3D is not one of them. There's not that much that sets this one apart from all the other games in the genre. You can do the usual things like level up, change weapons etc. I'm sure Shoot Em Up Fans wouldn't mind. The reason why I don't recommend this game are the graphics. Don't get me wrong, I love retro graphics, I still play old games and I would almost never complain about any graphical issues but the graphics in this game are terrible for the eyes. Arkhelom 3D makes me think of those shareware PC Demo's in the late 90's. If this came out on one of those discs back in the day you could've had some fun with it but apparently this game came out in 2015. People's eyes are not used to this anymore. If you do manage to look past the graphics, love Shoot Em Ups and can't find any better Shoot Em Up (which isn't hard since there are like a 1000 of them on Steam!) then give this one a shot.
