Sanoisin 3/5 perus kunnostus simulaattori.
Fun game with some strange bugs. Nothing that breaks the game but there are invisible quests you can find with the hint key. Other than that, fun renovation game.
Для тех кто любит строить сталион
"Runter von meinen Rasen!" ...
Arena Renovation is a refreshing take on the renovation simulator genre, shifting the focus away from homes and commercial buildings to the world of abandoned sports facilities. Developed by Nesalis Games and published by PlayWay S.A., the game casts players as a restoration specialist determined to revive neglected athletic venues that have been forgotten after years of wear, vandalism, and disrepair. From small neighborhood gyms to expansive stadiums, every location presents a new opportunity to transform decaying structures into vibrant spaces where sports can once again thrive. Although its core gameplay follows the familiar formula of cleaning, repairing, and decorating, its distinctive setting gives the experience a unique identity that separates it from many other simulation titles. Each renovation project begins with a facility in terrible condition, forcing players to tackle everything from piles of trash and broken furniture to cracked walls, damaged floors, graffiti-covered surfaces, and outdated sports equipment. The work involves a satisfying variety of activities, including sweeping debris, washing surfaces, repainting interiors, replacing damaged objects, repairing structural elements, and installing new furnishings. Every completed objective has an immediate visual impact, making the gradual transformation of each arena one of the game's greatest strengths. Watching a once-forgotten venue become a clean, colorful, and welcoming sports complex delivers a constant sense of accomplishment that keeps the gameplay engaging. The game does an excellent job of introducing different types of sports venues throughout the campaign. Rather than repeatedly renovating identical buildings, players gradually unlock basketball courts, swimming pools, football stadiums, tennis facilities, locker rooms, training centers, spectator areas, restaurants, and VIP lounges. Each environment has its own layout and repair priorities, encouraging players to adapt their workflow while maintaining the familiar renovation mechanics. This steady introduction of larger and more detailed projects helps preserve a sense of progression as the campaign unfolds. Progression is further enhanced through an equipment upgrade system that rewards successful completion of renovation contracts. Earnings can be invested in better tools that improve cleaning efficiency, speed up repairs, and reduce the amount of time needed to complete future assignments. These upgrades provide a rewarding feeling of growth without making earlier challenges feel obsolete. As projects become larger and more demanding, improved equipment ensures the pace remains enjoyable while giving players clear incentives to continue expanding their renovation business. Beyond contract work, Arena Renovation introduces an additional layer of gameplay by allowing players to purchase abandoned sports facilities for themselves. After restoring and customizing these properties, they can be sold for profit, creating an enjoyable business management element that extends beyond the main objectives. This feature encourages thoughtful spending and adds variety to the experience, allowing players to balance renovation work with long-term financial planning. The inclusion of customization options also lets players personalize completed venues by selecting decorative elements, colors, and furnishings, making each restored facility feel more unique. Visually, the game succeeds because of the dramatic contrast between ruined environments and their fully restored counterparts. Every layer of dirt removed, every fresh coat of paint, and every repaired section contributes to a satisfying visual evolution that makes each project worthwhile. The environments are filled with recognizable details that reinforce the feeling of restoring real community sports venues. While some environmental assets and animations are reused throughout the campaign, the overall presentation remains appealing thanks to the noticeable improvements players create through their own efforts. The audio presentation complements the relaxed atmosphere without becoming distracting. Sound effects for cleaning tools, repairs, painting, and environmental interactions are convincing enough to support the immersive nature of the work, while the background music remains subtle throughout lengthy renovation sessions. Although the soundtrack could offer greater variety during extended play, it successfully maintains the calm and methodical tone that defines the experience. Arena Renovation is designed for players who enjoy slow-paced, goal-oriented simulation games rather than fast action or complex management mechanics. Its gameplay emphasizes patience, steady progress, and the satisfaction of completing visible transformations instead of challenging reflexes. Some repetition naturally develops as many objectives revolve around similar cleaning and repair activities, but the changing environments, expanding tools, property management system, and customization features help keep the experience engaging over longer play sessions. Overall, Arena Renovation delivers a rewarding and relaxing simulation centered on restoring neglected sports facilities to their former glory. Its combination of satisfying renovation mechanics, meaningful progression, diverse locations, business elements, and creative customization provides a solid gameplay loop that remains enjoyable from beginning to end. While it does not significantly reinvent the renovation simulator genre, its uncommon focus on athletic venues gives it a fresh identity that fans of restoration and simulation games are likely to appreciate. Players looking for a peaceful experience built around visible progress and rewarding transformations will find plenty to enjoy in this well-crafted renovation adventure. Rating: 6/10
It would be good to fix the bugs in this game, Especially at the skate park, The third skateboard that you need to collect is missing and one dirty spot to use the water washer is also missing. The marker shows when you press B but nothing happens when washing which now prevents you from progressing forward into the game. Personally I wouldn't purchase this game until they have fixed these issues, Especially when they released this game two years ago and there are still visible issues.
ist ein echt geiles spiel muss ich sagen viele aufgaben und viele orte neue xp sammlungen im level auf zu steigen das spiel ist der hammer
