Arctic Awakening is a first-person narrative adventure set in the mysterious Arctic North where you and your robotic companion, Alfie, must search for your co-pilot and uncover the mysteries waiting around every turn.
It was supposed to be routine. A supply drop to an Alaskan town, auto-pilot on, guard down. You and Donovan were already planning post mission drinks when it happened.
The storm.
Half the plane disappeared in a flash. Donovan was gone, lost to the howling tempest. Waking from the crash, you find yourself alone, trapped in a frozen wilderness, your only companions a court-mandated therapy bot and temperatures that can cut a man to shreds. Hope for survival lies in finding your friend and maybe a way home.
You are Kai, a pilot without a plane, lost in the wilderness of the far north. You’ll need your wits about you to brave the elements, find your co-pilot and get the hell out of Dodge. Along the way, you might just discover what it was that cut your plane clean in two... and what it is making those noises after dark.

Long but very interesting story.
El juego más maravilloso que he jugado en mi vida, necesitaba justo ahora jugar a este juego. Me ha ayudado mucho en este momento de mi vida, es increíble como un videojuego puede tener tantas utilidades. Me ha encantado Alfie (mi dron favorito a partir de ahora), es adorable. Gran juego, muy recomendable.

Incroyable, tout simplement ! Jeu tout bonnement génial. Visuellement, c'est une claque, surtout en élevé avec les magnifiques paysages enneigés, et en plus la bande son est excellente, envoutante et toujours parfaitement en accord avec le moment. L'histoire, qui est racontée de manière épisodique, est incroyable, du début à la fin, avec du suspense et toutes les choses qui font qu'un jeu reste longtemps gravé dans une mémoire. L'écriture est réussie, sans jamais tomber dans le manichéen, avec une relation homme-robot qui se révèle être extrêmement touchante. Le gameplay est similaire à celui du grand Firewatch, mais en plus développé. Pour finir, les doublages sont tous excellents (et j'adore la voix de Kai). Bref, en conclusion les inspirations du titre sont évidentes, mais il ne fait pas pâle figure face aux grand du milieu, comme Firewatch cité plus haut ou encore What remains of Edith Finch. Jouez à Arctic Awakening, vous ne serez pas déçu(e).
jogo interessante, entretanto com alguns BUGs (pelo menos na versão para MAC), o que não deixa de ser uma boa experiência. Estilo Firewatch.
В целом игра неожиданно затянула. Не любитель в целом таких игр с диалогами, но тут почему-то захотелось поиграть. Возможно саундтреки помогли. Да - "бегает" герой не очень то и быстро, но тут, наверное, это связано с необходимостью подачи даилогов. Если бы их можно было отключать кнопкой - было бы чудесно, так как читаю я намного быстрее, чем герои говорят. Так же подбешивает, когда тебе надо у камня срочно приземлиться, а тут диалог не отключается. Ну и подсказки - местами прям необходимо, чтобы они были более вразумительными. Без этого пару раз пришлось оббежать весь уровень зря.
After playing the game for over 9 hours, the game bugged out and we are completely softlocked out of progressing further. Oddly there's no chapter select or option to load a previous save (the game works on an autosave system). I reached out to the developers via their Discord and Email nearly two weeks ago now and unfortunately never heard back anything regarding assistance with the issue. If the developers ever reach back out, I'd be open to changing this review, but at this time am very frustrated at the wasted money and time and certainly can't recommend this game. EDIT: After this initial review, the developer did respond to my email and helped to fix my broken save file (thanks again)! Fair warning that there is still no Chapter Select/Reset Chapter option as of the time of this review, so wishing the best of luck to anyone who picks up this title that you don't experience a similar softlocking issue like ours.
Как по мне игра прикольная заставляет задуматься но не боле сюжет на 6-7 из 10 еще и сам геймплей чисто ходьба советю поиграть для разнообразия купил за 800 руб явно того не стоило но не жалею о покупки
