Arcade Paradise VR

Wooh! This game is freaking awesome, Using the Valve Index the controls are pretty easy to pick up. The game itself is really easy to jump into with awesome music! Before i knew it I had played for 1 hour straight which is awesome a "Escape" As some may call it which is what is desired when it comes to VR Games. The game apparently had a PC Release in 2022 I hadn't even known. As a VR Title this game definitely stands out in my eyes I consider it the "Simulation" Genre. Which isn't bad and I'm surprised it kept me captivated for so long. The Graphics are pretty awesome i'm using a 4060 TI with a Ryzen 5 7600 and 64 GB of ram, No issues here. Now after 1 hour would I recommend the game at it's price point? Yes. Right now as of this review you can get it for 16 USD after this sale is over you can get it for 20 USD. For a VR Title/Game Is this a fair price? I do think so even if you can only squeeze 20 hours out of the game the quality and effort put into the game makes even 1 hour of enjoyment worth it for me. Where do i justify this? The ease of "VR" in terms of controls movement graphics and overall "eye candy" meaning pleasant on your eyes is justification in it's own but to be able to make it look good and functional is really awesome. The game is a game and is playable beyond just looks. From doing laundry in a shady laundry mat that feels like some form of money laundering to building a badass arcade in the back there's stuff to do and stuff to keep you busy. Would i like to see more? Yes, And that's where DLC Comes into play even without said DLC you've still got quite a lot to adventure with. Hope you enjoy this review! Do yourself a favor and ignore every hate review with under an hour of playtime, that means they barely made it past level 1 before giving this game a chance plus their reviews are 2 years out of date and the devs fixed the problems they complained about all i'm sayin. This game so far has been a mixed bag and there have been many ups and downs over the 4 hours of progress i have made (this is coming from someone that full 100% completed the non-VR game) I am playing on the Oculus Meta Quest 2 and have experienced 2 game killing bugs: 1. My game will drop to about 2FPS when my headset drops into a low battery state, when i get on the bus or reload the level it suddenly stops and goes back to normal FPS range 2. My game will sometimes slice my right virtual hand off only this time, backing out, reloading the level etc. does not fix this bug. unless i pull the plug on the whole operation and start over. hoping i don't lose too much save progress since each day lasts about 10-15 minutes at a time and the game only saves when riding the bus back and forth. besides those 2 bugs the game is everything i hoped it would be as the prophecy foretold it to be. fk the outdated haters because this is the best game ever. My First impression is that all the DLC cabinets are in VR which i like to see plus maybe even some exclusive or new cabinets. since i am limited to 90min sessions i have to take babysteps to get to the end of the game, but at least i'll be at the pool table section soon enough. PS VR2でプレイしようとしましたが、コインランドリーで洗濯物を拾って機械に入れることができませんでした。手を伸ばして入れようとするとモニターにコントローラーがぶつかり入れられず何もできませんでした。 設定が悪いのか、PS VR2には対応していないのか操作はできるんだけど上記理由で全くプレイできません。手の移動量の倍率でも設定できればいいのに。

Runs bad. I can usually deal with low performance but this game is particularly bad on my system, probably the worst game I've tried in terms of performance for a VR game. Feels like I am getting 5 fps. For context I can run No Mans Sky in VR fine. Tempted to refund but I like the concept well enough so I will keep it hoping the devs gets around to better optimizing it or I eventually get a better system in 2-3 years.

When I got this, I thought it would be like Arcade Paradise but in VR. Its actually a very rushed feeling port to VR that doesnt quite work. The only method that is allowed to move is teleport controls, which is terrible. The arcade games are played via your controllers rather than the actual controls and buttons on the arcade cabinet itself so there is no immersion there. This is a terrible port. Stick with the non-VR version.

Just dont work at all, all game playing fine but my hands have 5 FPS + i can't fine the settings button like game tell that button steam menu is menu in game, but i have opend only steam menu. My expirience on PICO 4, Hope next time this game will works
