About
Approach Control: Remastered is a professional-grade air traffic control simulation designed by real-world air traffic controllers. Our new voice recognition feature and pilot voices recorded from real-world air traffic controllers make this simulation feel authentic.

You’ll work real approach radar, manage high-density arrival flows, and issue clearances using authentic procedures. The radar behaves like real approach control radar, including a true 3-second sweep used by professional controllers, along with real ICAO separation and wake turbulence standards. This is not an arcade game, but a hardcore aviation experience.
Aircraft must be spaced correctly, assigned proper altitudes and headings, and sequenced safely to the runway. As traffic increases, the pressure builds, just like it does in a real approach control room.

Authentic ATC radar simulation with real-world behavior
Voice Recognition
True 3-second radar sweep for realistic situational awareness
Real ICAO separation and wake turbulence rules
Multiple approach sectors with unique runway layouts and arrival flows
Designed by real air traffic controllers for realism and accuracy

Approach Control: Remastered delivers a focused, realistic simulation experience that rewards precision, planning, and calm decision-making under pressure.

As a flightsimulator nerd and vatsim controller I was excited to see the release, specially as it is announced as "professional grade". Well, after 10 minutes you know it's just markting blahblah. * No free play, just pre made scenarios * Planes randomly do not obey orders, specially when they are on approach and you want to diveret becasue of "reasons" * in at least 5 scenarios for every plane landed I got a "plane left control area" warning and bad reputation * when assigning alt/speed and clicking not within 50ms, the atc voice will repeat the command as often as you clicked * There are several menus where you simple cannot return/abort. Need to kill via task manager * Why on earth does the game pause if it looses focus? I also "love" that i have a UWQHD Monitor and game forces it to 1080p. Welcome to the 20's century , there are bigger things than 1080p DOn't expect anything to be done about anything, since it's a full relase. Keep your pocket closed and don't throw money at this.
This sim is so good! I genuinely enjoy this sim and I'm having so much fun learning how it all works and some of the tips and tricks. I highly recommend watching the short tutorial on the Steam page first, and doing the ATC school. After that, it's just learning what works and what doesn't, and practicing turns and spacing. I'm excited to get better and try some of the challenges!
I'd recommend this game to anyone, this is a good way of spending 20$. I'm hoping they will keep devloping this game for PC. There's a few thing: 1. I tried the IOs verion but with your finger it is much harder than on a PC. 2. I'd like to see thing resized on a PC, like the instructor, he should be smaller and not take up as much of the screen. 3. Their should be a path to unlock the next level, not allowing to pick and choose. 4. A bit of a story to go along, maybe some video in a medaillon showing the instructor talking or a plane arriving, some head news....etc.. a bit more life.... 5. I'm no expert but sometime I don't want the plane to lock to the localizer because I'm just managing traffic, not sure in real life pilot engage localizer without instruction, maybe an option to disable automatic localizer in for a specific plane for 3 minutes or so? Other than that, it is a freaking good game, very addictive, hope it will take off :)
Keeps telling me I let a plane leave my airspace when it never did. Lame.
pretty good game and very addicting ! it works on my MBA M4
I have been waiting for an updated ATC simulation and I'm really happy to have found this. I haven't played it long, but I've played it enough to know I'm going to be spending a lot of time with it. Someday, I'd like to see a sim with multiple airports. I played an ATC sim many years ago and it had multiple airports and I really like the challenge of that. This sim scratches my itch for now!
