Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.
For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 25 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 10 places towards #1, and the 2,413 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

Quelle belle surprise !!! Acclamations!! (en espérant une partie 2 POUR SÛR!!) ;-) What a great surprise !!! It took me approximately 8 hours to complete the game ''achievements included'' and for the price (wich i think it's unbelievable for a game of this quality!!) let me say it's a must buy for any shooters lovers, the gameplay, the music, the artworks, the difficulty level. In my opinion EVERYTHING is good about this game!! Don't miss it, .....even at full price!! Cheers!! (hoping for a part 2 FOR SURE!!) ;-)
Guess I can join the others saying that it is what it is for the price - ok. But with a little extra work:

Adding a little bit of auto aim when using a controller.
Making the guns shoot A LOT faster - make the damage lower but make them shoot faster so it looks more exciting.
Adding more particles and such for impacts and deaths of the enemies.
Improving the sound effects.
Adding some more variety to the backgrounds in general.
Doing that would greatly improve the feel of the game.
The hitboxes need improvement. I like that the levels are bite-sized, it makes up for the massive amounts of jank: that means that the worst levels are the ones that go on for too long. Fighting boss 1 was so excruciating that it felt like a joke.

This game is pretty fun, though I wouldn't call it excellent, if you like twin-stick shooters you should try it! In general the guns, pickups, and music track are all great, but the sound for the "projectiles" is a bit grating and the shotgun is especially bad for that because each individual pellet makes a sound. Also there is a dash, but the slippery movement makes using it more dangerous than not. The boss levels were great, but other missions get repetitive quick.
Developed and published by Shiv, Anstorm is an independent top-down action shooter that focuses on delivering fast, accessible gameplay built around arcade-style combat and science fiction exploration. The adventure begins when the crew of the spacecraft Anstorm discovers a mysterious wormhole leading to an artificial planet hidden deep within the galaxy. What starts as an ambitious research mission soon turns into a fight for survival as players encounter hostile forces protecting the secrets of this unknown world. While the narrative remains relatively simple, it provides enough context to give purpose to the action and encourages players to continue pushing through each stage to uncover what lies ahead. At its core, Anstorm emphasizes responsive twin-stick shooting mechanics that are easy to learn but satisfying to master. Players battle through six campaign chapters filled with waves of enemies, environmental hazards, and increasingly difficult encounters that steadily raise the intensity. The controls are smooth and reliable, allowing movement and aiming to feel natural throughout combat. Every stage culminates in a boss battle that introduces larger enemies with unique attack patterns, preventing the campaign from becoming repetitive. These encounters require players to recognize patterns, stay mobile, and make efficient use of their weapons instead of relying solely on quick reflexes. The game extends its replay value through multiple gameplay modes that offer experiences beyond the story campaign. Survival Mode challenges players to withstand endless enemy assaults while pursuing higher scores, making it an appealing option for players who enjoy refining their skills and competing against their own records. Labyrinth Mode offers an entirely different pace by placing players on unstable platforms that continuously shift and collapse, forcing them to pay close attention to both enemy attacks and their surroundings. This environmental challenge adds another layer of strategy and helps diversify the overall package, ensuring the game remains entertaining even after the campaign has been completed. Customization and progression are handled through a collection of weapons and upgrades that allow players to adjust their combat style over time. Experimenting with different equipment combinations helps keep each session fresh, as certain upgrades complement aggressive play while others favor survival or crowd control. Although the progression system is not especially deep, it succeeds in giving players meaningful incentives to continue improving their performance. The gradual increase in difficulty also encourages better mastery of movement and positioning rather than depending exclusively on stronger equipment. Visually, Anstorm adopts a clean and colorful presentation that suits its arcade roots. The environments are easy to navigate, enemy silhouettes remain distinguishable during hectic firefights, and weapon effects add excitement without making the action difficult to follow. The soundtrack supports the energetic pace with electronic music that complements the futuristic setting, while the visual effects surrounding boss encounters help make these battles feel appropriately dramatic. Considering that the project was created by a solo developer, the overall level of polish is impressive, demonstrating careful attention to gameplay and presentation despite the game's relatively modest scope. The game's biggest limitation is the amount of content available. The main campaign can be completed in a relatively short amount of time, leaving the additional modes to provide most of the long-term replayability. Enemy types and environmental variety are adequate but could have benefited from greater diversity to maintain excitement during extended play sessions. Likewise, while the upgrade system offers useful choices, some players may wish for more extensive customization or additional unlockable content to encourage repeated runs. Even so, the game's focused design prevents it from overstaying its welcome, making its shorter length feel appropriate rather than incomplete. Anstorm succeeds by concentrating on polished arcade action instead of unnecessary complexity. Its combination of responsive shooting, memorable boss encounters, multiple gameplay modes, and approachable mechanics creates an enjoyable experience for players looking for a straightforward science fiction shooter. Although it does not attempt to reinvent the genre or offer an expansive campaign, it delivers consistently entertaining gameplay backed by solid design choices and impressive work from a solo developer.
