It's good if you want to play a light FPS with exploration elements. This game isn't "groundbreaking" like the description says, as there are tons of open world FPS games out there. This one is more like a mix between Zelda and Super Noah's Ark 3D. It only takes a couple hours to finish, but there is some nuance to the game play. The bosses are easy but they do require some light thinking to defeat, similar to how bosses are defeated in Zelda. You do not need to have good hand eye coordination to complete this game and nothing is really challenging about it other than maybe some of the exploration elements. Once you finish it there's no reason to replay it but there are two optional areas with additional bossfights. Not great but decent for a Unity FPS game. The music is good and the little pseudo cutscenes are remniscient of a Gameboy Advance game (It's a nice touch.) Personally I enjoyed it but I'll never play it again. It doesn't compare to real FPS games like Doom or Quake but as its own thing it's playable.
A wonderful little FPS metroidvania. It's bite sized but absolutely worth it. I hope we get an Anopek 2 some day!

It's a snack. But a tasty one. It's basically short wolfensteiny metroidvania. Everything is grid based, all angles are straight, the combat is simple. But the exploration is fun, environments are varied, thera are just enough secrets. There are some bosses thrown in for good measure and they aren't half bad. And it doesn't overstay it's welcome. I had surprisingly good time with it. I wouldn't mind some kind of a follow-up.
a fun little doom-like metroidvania with engaging boss fights. this was a ton of fun, i'm glad i checked it out
Does exactly what it sets out to do. Aside from being impressed, Is it fun? For me, it just wasn't.
Ótimo jogo. As armas são únicas e com habilidades peculiares.
Has some flaws but is a lovely game with nostalgia.
Anopek is a small, fun metroidvania fps. It's a small game where you go from area to area, get upgrades and move on to newer areas. It's not the biggest map ever but it's fun. There are a variety or areas to explore, enemies to face and weapons to get. The weapons often have multiple purposes. They can all be used for combat and a lot can be used for exploration and movement. The game is challenging enough without being unfair. I had a lot of fun exploring the levels and getting all the upgrades and collectables. I got lost a few times but not often enough or long enough that it became a problem. The biggest problem I have with this is that getting all the achievements doesn't count as a perfect game on your steam profile for some weird reason. It's still fun but I know this is important to some people.
Short but cool.
Pretty charming Metroidvania FPS. A bit short but it oozes personality and has some very cool boss battles! Highly recommend it!
