Can't go wrong with ancient egyptian magical shotguns.
Absolutely beautiful little game. The artwork and the music together create a unique and loveable atmosphere. The gameplay is quite relaxed, some boss fights can be challenging until you figured out the mechanic how to beat them, but the worst that will happen to you is to be respawned at the last save crystal you touched. It's rather forgiving and the core experience is exploration. Although the variety of well designed bosses and the endgame will offer an actual challenge. There are a lot of cool weapons to be found, and they are cleverly implemented into the game. In typical Metroidvania style, they are required to overcome a variety of obstacles and get to new areas of the world. You will also need some to defeat certain bosses. This game is clearly made with passion and worth the full price! ------ P.S.: Bonus points: - runs perfectly fine with Steam Proton on Linux - can actually be 100% completed without growing grey hair - has an actual little manual (as PDF) that is helpful

a fun little doom-like metroidvania with engaging boss fights. this was a ton of fun, i'm glad i checked it out
Pretty charming Metroidvania FPS. A bit short but it oozes personality and has some very cool boss battles! Highly recommend it!
Short but cool.
It's a snack. But a tasty one. It's basically short wolfensteiny metroidvania. Everything is grid based, all angles are straight, the combat is simple. But the exploration is fun, environments are varied, thera are just enough secrets. There are some bosses thrown in for good measure and they aren't half bad. And it doesn't overstay it's welcome. I had surprisingly good time with it. I wouldn't mind some kind of a follow-up.
A wonderful little FPS metroidvania. It's bite sized but absolutely worth it. I hope we get an Anopek 2 some day!
Anopek is a small, fun metroidvania fps. It's a small game where you go from area to area, get upgrades and move on to newer areas. It's not the biggest map ever but it's fun. There are a variety or areas to explore, enemies to face and weapons to get. The weapons often have multiple purposes. They can all be used for combat and a lot can be used for exploration and movement. The game is challenging enough without being unfair. I had a lot of fun exploring the levels and getting all the upgrades and collectables. I got lost a few times but not often enough or long enough that it became a problem. The biggest problem I have with this is that getting all the achievements doesn't count as a perfect game on your steam profile for some weird reason. It's still fun but I know this is important to some people.
Has some flaws but is a lovely game with nostalgia.
Pas mauvais, mais trop court
