As I've mentioned, Anomaly Evolution is a clicker game in which you main click on your creature and generate "cells", which are your primary currency in the game.
You can then use cells to unlock new ways of generating cells at a larger and faster rate, repeating an endless cycle of anomalous growth! You'll also need to unlock more features and types as you grow. These are the current types in the game:
Proteins: You use them to increase the maximum level capacity of your upgrades.
Neurons: You need them to multiply the amount of cells you gain from each click.
Genes: These are needed to increase the amount of cells you gain from clicking. The more genes you have, the more cells you gain.
Morphogens: Uses neurons to generate more cells.
Tissues: Each tissue is an auto clicker.
Enzymes: You need them to increase your damage against the hostile Xenocytes.
Evocytes: Special immortal cells that you need to "TRANSCEND"

This is a mechanic in the game in which you reset your current progress and growth in exchange for a permanent boost in all cell production rates, including your evocyte production.
Evocytes are gained from killing Xenocytes, which are hostile cells that appear in the game. They can be killed by clicking them.

I found the premise "disturbing sexual content" mildly interesting for a clicker/idler. Then the dev decided to drop bugs on your "creation" which will kill it if you don't kill them. At first it isn't too bad, very quickly you're hit with a bug sleet storm complete with boss bugs, and after your creation is dead you get a 'haha you died message. I expect clicker/idlers to be click intensive for varying periods of time but this one is over the top! I suppose I could mess around with mouse settings but I find that "disturbing sexual content" isn't that interesting after all.
got to a point where the scp couldnt go past the start cause of damaging cells and now its soft locked and i cant get further. everytime it dies it resets and dies again before i can upgrade
Its a Xeno erotic idler with incremental improvements. Can take a while for the Xeno to get attractive though. With the H scenes near the end or at the end of the Evolution stage. Its cool if you have the time to kill, but if you want to get to the good stuff quickly this isn't going to be for you.
7/10 I wanted to rate this higher because I LOVED playing this game while drinking but, I need to be objective here. A progressive Clicker game with a few H-scenes for the 3 Monster Girls What I liked: -With little info about the game mechanics and the fast pace start, there is a strong learning curve at the start of playing this game. (I found the frustration of what I thought was a super simple game to be fun) -3 different forms of this SCP monster girl -Playtime to max out all of the stats. (At time of review: I did a "Final Evolution" of the first 2 and tried to max out the 3rd. Still have not completed it yet) -The price. For $2, this game is easily worth a try. *This would be the dislike section about how the H-Scenes are super simple GIFs but, its hard complain about a game that's $2* Overview: Even if you're here for the cheap 'Horror' monster girl GIFs (like me) it's worth it but, you might find the gameplay entertaining too.
Really good cookie clicker type game if it was more nsfw and bio horror
game is unplayable, after having the game open for like 7 minutes my frames drop to 10, and only restarting my pc fixes it. and there's no advice, no instructions nothing, just figure it out yourself and good luck. and this sucks cause i love monster baddies but this is just disappointing
I actually really like this game, but there are so many problems with it. While this isnt a negative for me, its an idle game where being idle is likely to get you killed. which is certainly one of the game designs ever. i highly reccomend using an autoclicker, you will get car pool tunnel. Problems: 1. Difficulty is a ♥♥♥♥. If you dont have an autoclicker expect death, you will be clicking little bastard cells constantly. the game gets exponentially harder each time you use the pristiege mechanic, by around trancendance 10 normal gameplay is straight up impossible (unless you abuse spawn mechanics?), cheating is the only way to progress at that point. weither by autoclicker or cheat engine. 2. Weirdly inconsistant art, not quality wise. i mean its really good art objectively, the problem is that for some reason the art direction itself is super inconsistant. 682 is the best example of this, the art seemingly randomly shifts between being scary erotic, to just scary, then to COOL MONSERT. 3. Takes a shockingly long time to actually earn any rewards from the gallery. and of course because of its the game design of all time, you cannot actually idle the game. meaning you need to constantly manage the game. EXPECIALLY if you buy neurons (Brain cancer). neurons are actually really good, they just have a side effect of making sure your monster girl dies a painful cancerous death as their brain eats up all the cells in their body :3. though you typically reset before that happens. 4. The game straight up lies to you with certain descriptions, Morphogens are described as having the effect of turning neurons into normal cells. which if it was true, would make them extremely valuable, as by buying them you could control just how many neurons you have at any given time, and you could turn your neurons into another source of cells. But all morphogens do is make cells, they dont actually consume any neurons at all. they are just a really ♥♥♥♥♥♥ way to offset the downside of neurons, by sinking them into upgrades. 5. you have to play the game in a certain order, its progression locked. so if you are just here for 999 RIP you have to actually play two other characters first to a certain level. the order is 682, 1471, 999. 6. Evolutions dont really make sense. after they reach their actual canonical form the designs tend to wildy shift, making it feel less like an evolution and more like a random transformation. it threw me off quite a bit while i was playing, 682 expecially. Things i actually liked: 1. evolutions are for the most part really good design wise, to the point where it counteracted my initial reaction to how the evolutions are handled. since there isnt much actual design progression, it was actually investing to find out what design was next to show up. even if it wasent attractive it was still fun to see what direction it was going to go in. 2. figuring out how everything actually works is really investing and fun. its not really that intuitive, and it takes a few liberties on the typical idle game genre. 3. Its cheap as ♥♥♥♥, it was on sale when i got it. 2$ and i got about 6 hours of sleep deprived entertainment out of it. 4. This is a really weird positive, but cheating feels balanced if you are using an autoclicker. this really shouldent be a positive because it means that the game is just that hard at a certain point. but its something i found myself appreciating. the game could really use pristige upgrade mechanics, it only has a additive bonus of multiplying values each reset. so in your first reset you will be getting resources twice as fact, then on your second thrice as fast, so on so forth. Tldr: cheap as hecc, hard and unfair, cheating good. hot monsert. Tldr squared: Difficulty ouch. fun for grog.
