Information / Review English
ANIME Street Fight is an Arcade / Beat ’em up, which was developed by Seito Games and is still in the early Access Phase.
Gameplay / Story
First things first: the story is told quickly because there is none at all. You are a sexy anime girl on the streets and make them unsafe. Because their hallmark is beating people up. You can say that lightning-fast fists clash in this tough combat video game, which also leaves nothing to be desired in terms of tricks. The keyboard is used to play. You can kick, hit, jump with it and the keys are dashed over and over again. I am positively surprised by this one, as it works well. You can also pick up knives and clubs and use them in combat. It should be said, however, that these are limited. There are also push items that give you an entertaining bonus or foods that restore your health. So you fight your way through hordes of opponents and every 5 levels there is a boss fight. Gradually after completing the levels you unlock 2 other sexy ninjas.
Pro
+ handsome backdrop + well integrated combat mechanics + easy to learn, difficult to master + memorable soundtrack + great user interface + Achievements
Contra
- Contrast to the background is not always optimal - no controller control
Conclusion
ANIME Street Fight already offers you a good flogger that is fun. It will be interesting to see what will follow. PS: First of all, many thanks to the developer who provided us with this key for the group.
Information / Review Deutsch
For $1.99 there is some fun to have here, You play as a anime girl in this beat em up style game. The stages and the enemy mobs are nothing special....the stages are very similar and so are the enemies but regardless for a indie game that is under 2 bucks it still fun. You can jump, kick, block and punch along with picking up weapons (knife, gun, baseball bat) to defeat the enemies. You may find bananas throughout the stage to restore your health. After beating a certain amount of stages you will unlock the other two characters ( two other anime girls with different stats and appearances). The final anime girl you unlock is super op. Def worth a try for some quick fun.
Review subject to change since early release full game play here: https://youtu.be/6cHVAz6S1QY but heeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeelllllllllll naw I'm kinda new to the anime girl genre actually bought this cause I thought it was going to be spinoff anime characters but it's just 3 anime girls in bikinis who fight all the same way but zuzu or w/e her name is hits like god dang truck kun. The game doesn't get harder it just spawns more enemies outside the final boss who can one punch man you into oblivion. Music is loud, repetitive, and terrible. No thicc plot. There's a total of 7 attacks jump attack 3 punch combo 2 kick combo and ♥♥♥♥ punch while they're on the ground you can't even mix and match punches or kicks to get a different combo it's always the same movements. game is long just because yukki and nikki are trash zuzu just smacks god out of the enemies world. Pause doesn't actually pause the game. The UI doesn't show your cursor which seems to be the only way to navigate the MENU game is really bad, until there are changes I definitely would not buy it even at the low price point.
For a game called Anime Street Fight I was expecting something functional with a bit of fun in there. Unfortunately this game frustrated me massively, free random assets just thrown together and incredibly boring gameplay. This type of games really upset me because it gives indie developers who are really trying to make a solid game a bad name. For my First Impressions of Anime Street Fight check out my video here: https://youtu.be/6Quqz7t-Edc
For similar games follow:
https://store.steampowered.com/curator/35180752-3-point-play/ It’s like if someone tried to recreate Streets of Rage using only Unity Store assets and some crude looking original models. It has 15 levels, 3 fighters and one, like the kids like to say, “dank” background song. It provides half an hour of playtime and it’s oddly satisfying but then again I’ve played so many shovelware games that I’ve lost all concept of what a good game is. Still, it’s functional on a technical level and if it was some freshman’s programing project I would give it A- for code, C+ for design and a B for fun.
As it stands, can't recommend this. It is a good idea, and visually it has some retro/anime/cyberpunk character too it, but ultimately this plays like a game development test project.. or game developer version of a "quick sketch." Combat is too dull. If there were varied animations and progressive combos, both for your anime girl AND the enemies, this could provide some sort of basic, novelty challenge... but it does not have that. The store page also claims 50 achievements... there are only 10. Trying to access the menu in-game, also is... weird. you have a touch cursor circle that can be moved with the arrow keys, but can't actually select menu items. Your mouse cursor will have disappeared.. it can still select stuff, but it is pure guess work on where your real mouse cursor is. That is another sign that this is not a proper game for publishing, but a learning project.. which is fine so long as you are aware that that is exactly what this is. At the very least this should also have some basic support for a gamepad... it does not. Again, visually there is potential here, it just needs to be developed into "more"... and as it stands, this game has practically no mechanics to justify its purpose as a "game." As it stands there is not enough here to justify "early access" either.
A fun cyberpunk themed street fighter game with anime girls - At night these streets are unsafe, but not for this sexy anime lady. She sweeps criminals off the streets with her epic karate moves! https://youtu.be/YZ_rgjZNwk8
I experienced the Street Fighter again.Thx m8s
