Ancient TD

Not a positive or negative at this early stage. This game desperately needs a tutorial. Somehow eventually muddled my wining way through the first game, but in general terms, did not really know how to work my way through a myriad of options, Notwithstanding. I suspect there could be a good game trying to get out.

it was an addictive game it has some minor flaws but its good overall it can be better with more updates keep going!!!

I tried it with my friend and it was good. The game has a lot of potential, it’s full of details, and the difficulty level makes it interesting and challenging.

I begged and pleaded with my friend to not buy this game but he didn't listen. I could forgive the "heroes of might and magic" era graphics and the absurd menu organization, but the frustrating gameplay and the inability to get multiplayer working with my now ex-friend has now made this game Ancient history for me. At the start of the match it seems you have to scroll the way down for the level 1 defenders. I was buying the one at the top. But then there was no way to get more "souls" before the hordes overwhelmed the one guy I can buy. You can get a ton of gold though. I kept spam buying the most expensive chest but then you don't have any time to look because the next wave is already coming. It feels less like a tower defense and more like a "buy this one guy, Bladee, and see how well he can do." We only got multiplayer working when we exited the game completely and tried again. Even then, connection was spotty and drops were common. Remember. First impressions are often entirely correct.

Works nicely on Steam Deck. The game has too much details; would've been nice if tutorial was included
