Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.
Reviews, worldwide (the counter carries no country): 0.43/day in the week to Aug 23 → 0.71/day in the week after.
For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 26 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 7 places towards #1, and the 2,402 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

Ancient Kingdoms is a challenging pixel RPG that is incredibly fun and challenging. At the beginning of the game, you will be gather some quests that will lead you to zone to zone in search for better loot and exploration. The depth of this game is immense and the reason for this are the following skills or professions you will want to develop as your character level and power increases: mining, hunting (get meat from animals to aid your cooking skill), alchemy, radiant ether (helps do more damage with crits and can revive you if you're lucky). Classes offered in EA are your normal run of the mill - Wizard (best class in game), Warrior (tank), Ranger (dps/tank), Cleric (just spam heals, buffs and stuns), Druid (hybrid - best buffs in game) and Rogue (lost cause atm). Do you like loot? This game has it and plenty of it! Do you like character progression? This game has it! Do you like dungeons? This game has it! Do you like killing Dragons? This game has a bunch of that! The loot system in the game is very well-thought out for the most part. Augmentations (enhancing gear) has undergone multiple changes while I've played and is definitely getting better. Not having to farm a single boss that shares 12 different loot drops has gone away, so rejoice all of you min-maxers. While single-player is fun and you don't rely on anyone else, multi-player is night and day difference as your mercenaries are not well-equipped for super quick thinking and reactions. There will be times or encounters that will make you want to pull your hair out due to mercenary behavior. The mercenary behavior has been worked extensively by the devs and is in a much better place. *Warning* If you are a solo player, you are going to run into fights that cannot be soloed at the moment, but remember this is Early Access, so that could change. Also, this game is challenging, I have almost max gear for my character and mercs and still run into the occasional party wipe. If you have read this far. Buy the game, you won't be disappointed. Welcome to the grind.

Looked fun in the trailers, but when you actualy play theres a miss match with what you see, controlls are klunky skills have long cooldowns AND high costs witch make combat very "passive" Should also clump the NPCs closer to each other so you dont have to spend such a long time just visting them. Maybe this just aint my type of game, feels more like an mmo than a crpg... Edit: get steam to add a "thumb to the side"

It's a nice simple game that would run on a potato but it's definately a throw back/tip of the hat to classics like Ultima, EQ, etc that some of us played back in the day. Still fun to play with friends and spend some time on.
Think Classic WoW / everquest but top down. Then combine that with Erenshor / Guild Wars 1 where you can have a group of AI that do quests/dungeons with you. It's pretty much tailored for a certain form of autism and it works great for me. There are 4 starting zones, 6 classes, and a good selection of races. It's very much classic wow style combat. You can play solo or have a server with friends. I'm a freak who loves playing MMO's mostly solo, so the fact solo is an option is fantastic. At level 10 20 and 30 you get a 'merc' slot -- an npc that can be any of the 6 classes and will assist you in fights. You gear them up and they are your permanent (but swappable) buddies. The art is fantastic IMO (though the main menu looks really muddy...once I got in game it looked fine? Not sure if that's a bug). The music is perfect for this kind of game (chill/relaxing) and the design of the enemies and towns are all interesting and very different per area. My main issues I have are: 1. The skill tree is a bit barren. It's fine, but its nothing to write home about. IMO classic wow had a way more interesting talent tree. I'd be down for something even similar to Grim Dawn/Titan quest as a system. The current tree is basically 'basic skills -> pick 2 intermediate skills -> pick 2 harder skills...etc. There isn't much room for variety of build decision making. I'm only a few hours in, so this may change at some point -- but nothing to me indicates that yet. 2. The mercenary system is VERY cool!! However it seems your only decision making on each character is what items they can equip. I'd like a GAMBIT system, a la final fantasy xii. Let me make macros for what the mercs do, let me decide when they use healing skills, etc. There is the ability to make the mercs aggro/defensive and to command them to attack/retreat, which is very welcome. I'd like even more depth to this if possible. I'd also like if we could skill them up ourselves. The merc system leans into a solo playstyle so I'd love to know why we can't tailor it even more for our own needs. Overall this is a great game with SO much potential! It's grindy, its slightly tedious, and its got a lot of charm. It's not going to be for anyone, but if you like Classic WoW or other older mmos you will most likely vibe with this game.
現状強敵はソロ(傭兵含め)はあまり考慮されていないようなので、 MMOでソロだからボスを倒しに行けない気分が味わえます。
Ancient Kingdoms does a great job rewarding players who enjoy long-term character progression. Building your character, experimenting with different classes, collecting stronger equipment, tackling dungeons, and gradually taking on tougher bosses makes every level feel meaningful.
Another game the dev will probably say "its too hard of a game to add proper controller support". When games like Factorio, and Caves of Qud have perfect controller support. Too many times I ask, sheepishly, in a game's forums, if it controller support will be added or fixed, only to be told to GTFO because PC RPGS CAN'T BE PLAYED WITH A CONTROLLER Refunded.
This game has filled a void in modern game development. Aspects from Everquest, World of Warcraft (classic/vanilla, not this new garbage), and Runescape. If you've ever played any of those and thought something could be better, try this! It's small, but new and growing. It's almost like the developers of this game, play games!
Мне нравится, люблю такие игры, управление удобное, анимации плавные, пиксельная графика ОГОНЬ!!! Жду русский язык.
