A turn-based card strategy game, i am not really into these type of games but i gotta admit i had fun. It's a bit repetitivee but the graphics are entrataining. It isn't much optimized which may become a huge problem (it was running with OK fps with a 3080 ti so i really don't know what would happen with lower specs)
คุณภาพของเกมอยู่ในระดับแย่ Gameplay ที่น่าเบื่อหน่ายและเต็มไปด้วย Bug
没中文的卡牌游戏
fun game would recommend playing it
fun game graphics are good, I enjoyed playing it
bad
Ancestory is one of literally thousands of student projects infesting Steam. It's from Kajak games, a student project publisher in Finland. While student projects tend to be better quality than most "amateur" made games, we must still question what value such projects have for gamers. As with all student projects, this isn't really a fully fleshed out game, it's just the result of an academic exercise, and as such it has much more limited value as a game than a professionally developed game would have. Educational institutions should not be using Steam as a dumping ground for homework assignments (especially if the students didn't even pass the course). Sure, it helps their marketing and helps the students feel good about themselves, but this is another case of a business putting themselves before the needs of gamers. This student project is a simple mobile-esque card/creature battler. It's 10 years old and looks 20. On the important subject of visuals, this features fairly low quality stylised/cartoony low poly 3D graphics. It comes across as the kind of thing you see on mobile phones and Nintendo games, which will deter a lot of PC gamers, understandably. Gaming is a visual medium, and to be considered one of the best games on Steam, the graphics have to be some of the best on Steam. That's not happening here. It's free... now, but it wasn't before. The developer was charging $15 USD for this. WTF are they doing in Finland by charging money for student projects? Jeez. This is like having deadbeat parents trying to sell the ashtray you made in woodworking class on the streets for money. What a joke. Price barriers, especially on low quality products, can be a direct cause of failure. It's a nice gesture for the game to be given away for free, but it also tells us that the game wasn't good enough to succeed as a paid product. It's also a bit of a slap in the face to anyone who paid money for this... nobody got refunded. Despite having no up-front cost, this failed to appeal to the 120 million+ gamers on Steam. SteamDB showed the game peaked at less than 100 concurrent players, they couldn't even break three figures, and now there's basically nobody playing it. Even though it's free. This is a dismal public reception, but it's easy to see why gamers rejected it. Bearing in mind that free games don't add +1 to your game collector count, should you bother adding this to your library and downloading it? Nope. This isn't worth downloading. While this didn't cost me any money up front, I still feel ripped off.
