For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 24 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 9 places towards #1, and the 2,419 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

Not as bad as people say it is. More linear than the other Amnesia games for sure, but still a ton of fun. The horror and the constant sense of looming doom that shadows over you is still here just like in other Frictional games. My only complaint is that most sections are set during daylight, or in well illuminated areas, which just doesn't really work in an Amnesia game where the darkness is one of your main foes. That said, when the game wants to scare you it does it really well, but sadly most of the game is just walking from A to B in a mostly straight line. Again, all of what I said doesn't mean the game is bad, just that it's a more of a story driven game with occasional scary moments than an Amnesia game. So if you enjoy such games I can confidently say that you'll have a blast, but in case that's not your cup of tea, just watch a walkthrough for it or watch this video by Gaming Harry in case you just want to know the story.
I really like the first half of this game. I wanted to see the Other World alluded to in The Dark Descent, and boy does Rebirth deliver. The first time you see it, it is breathtaking, and Frictional purposefully makes the early section of the game very claustrophobic to give it an added punch. The worldbuilding of the ruined empire is excellently done as well. The problem lies mainly in the second half of the game. Although it is not a particularly long game (my playthrough slid in just under 10 hours,) you are ready for it to be over with approx. 3 hours left on the clock. The early sequences in the Other World are wonderful but the later ones utilize the Wraith enemies which are not at all enjoyable. They aren't particularly terrifying, they move in somewhat random ways, getting caught in their light has too little of a grace period, and when you are caught there is this awful struggle mechanic that probably works great on controller but not on KBM. When you are caught by an enemy the game sets you back maybe 5 paces and deletes the enemy from existence. I found myself getting caught on purpose just to get the game over faster. So a mixed bag. I recommend playing The Dark Descent and The Bunker, and if you find yourself wanting more backstory, play this one. It'll feel like a breath of fresh air if you are coming from AMFP, that's for sure. Oh, and by the way, somewhere within this hot mess express is a wonderfully sad story of parenthood, loss, sacrifice, and grief.
lo recomiendo si, ciertas partes son bien mierda y insufribles pero esta pasable, la historia esta muy buena un 8/10 gracias tobi por patrocinarme el juego
The Game of Minor Inconvenience.
AAAAAAAHHHHHH
I Was Thinking Third Times A Charm But As Usual, The Game Is Another Downgrade From Previous Installments. Frictional Games Is A One Trick Pony With The Dark Descent And Their Games Are Only Worth Watching A Full Walkthrough On Some Random Channel, Never Buying. The Final Game I Need To Play Is The Bunker But I Have No Hopes, These Devs Simply Do Not Care About Their Games Quality And Only Thrive On Their One Successful Game.
Very good instalment, better than Amnesia Machine for Pigs, I would even dare to say it's better than Dark Descent in some areas.
