A nice management sim/visual novel with engaging romance plotlines.
Please someone else at Winter Wolves take over writing the dialogue
I tried the non Visual Novel option initially but after a little bit I decided to restart the game and go the VN route. I wasn't really a fan of the alchemy. I thought the characters were interesting and I'm glad they were pretty different from each other. I also liked that your decisions actually mattered and you had to decide if you wanted to go dark or light with your decisions. I ended up making a lot of saves just to see the outcome of certain decisions. Overall I enjoyed the game.
Pretty good story and fun alchemy! The romance can be a bit clunky at times though.
Maybe my expectations were just too high but this was just boring, everything was just dull. Also: jealousy mechanic cool on paper but … ughhh… no, just no…
Yep. The negative reviewers were right. Good thing I bought the game on sale, or I'd be slightly miffed. The gameplay, while initially interesting, shows its lack of depth very soon and becomes mindless busywork completely ruled by rng. It's not a *terrible* game, but...that's hardly a compliment.
Pros: Compare to Loren 1st and 2nd and Season of the wolf, Amber's shop has the most beautiful art, all characters are detailed and beautiful, their facial emotions are various, background looks nice too Music are good. I quite like this type of crafting game, it's refreshing There are 6 love interests, 4 endings for each ~ Cons: Four main endings are curt and doesn't even mention Amber's lover, except for Lair but it's still quite short. A little unsatisfied ~ I give this 7/10, overall, Amber's shop is a good a game, I enjoy it ~
this game is great it really is one of the most underrated games i ever played. It gets way to much negative reviews it really issnt that bad the storyline is great. You get to choose if you want to follow the visual novel version or the open world version were you can create your own magic shop and build and make epic things. The characters are also interesting you really care for them,it was really difficult for me to eliminate someone from the dating candidates i really cared for them all. There are a lot of choices you can make you really need to think what kind of responce you say to each character and what kind of consequences it brings. Again i dont understand why it has so many bad reviews i would deffinitly recomend this its absolutely worth it.
I liked it a lot - more for story & the art than the crafting - but defintiely one of the best Aravorn games. The gameplay did get a little bit grindy towards the end (nowhere like Queen of Thieves), but there is a pure storyline mode for replays thankfully. The dark and light mechanic is a little misnamed I think, looking out for #1 vs selfl sacrificing would often be the better way of putting it. But for me those are minor quibbles, I liked all the characters, and that their plotlines actually intersected, and the art was really lovely.
Not a Bad WW VN There are several Romance route. A Bit of Alchemy to do if you dont pick Story Mode The Frustrating part is, IF you pick Yuri, Ruby Only. If you want Lynn or Cosa you have to Suffer a male for a while to get them in the end. So, I Only did the Ruby route. Why WW did this I have No idea, maybe he was drunk and decided to trick us. Have Fun
