Reviews
Game runs very well on M-series Mac. Considering we do not have a native version of F1 2024 on Mac, this is an alternative and admittedly, I am enjoying it. It can be a bit wonky in the visuals as it is a mobile game, but in all honesty, it is a lot of fun also. I am old, turned 50 this year, and my reflexes are terrible at this point. But this game allows a good deal of forgiveness, though the AI is a bit chaotic/robotic for the most part. I think the visuals could use some love for sure. The audio is not bad and does a good job of letting you know where you're at and when to shift. If the visuals were updated a bit, the PC/Mac version of the game would be quite the surprise to many. I do not mind the price tag for this game and I believe I am helping the developer one some level. I want this game to be as good as it can be, selfishly. All I can say to the developer is.... Keep up the good work. My opinion does not matter at all in the grand scope of things, but I am really enjoying this game. Oh... I am not sure why, but I downloaded the 2024 liveries for the game and when I import them, they do not map correctly. No big deal, but it would be sensational to have the new cars on the grid for this game. Thank you.
Doesn't look as good as the screenshots
Played on an M1 MacBook Air (8GB variant). I was surprised of all games this had an Apple Silicon port, but unfortunately that seems to be the only upside for me from experience. The game has potential to be a decent, maybe great Formula 1 game, with the Grand Prix weekend system, allowing the player to tryout in three free practice days, quali and then race day, as well as the freedom in choosing car specs and modifications is neat. And unlike other non-licensed F1 games, this has a very "creative" and cheeky way to copy the existing F1 team & drivers whilst avoiding copyright. Also the liveries look surprisingly pleasant. But I have to be honest, the performance isn't very ideal on Apple Silicon, even on low settings. But even if that weren't an issue, the UI, bugs and overall lack of polish will certainly interfere with the experience. Also having played the original mobile port of Ala Mobile, I can tell it was merely ported, even if lazily. Which I do not want to say since I can tell that the developer of this game is perhaps passionate in actually making the game.
Presentation and content is pretty limited, even for an indie game. I also encountered several bugs, like one which soft locks you if you pit after the qualifying timer expires. Controls are tight and it's nice to feel the effects tire wear as you race, but unfortunately, it's not enough for me to recommend it.
goated game
Diabolical Probably the worst racing game i have ever played
I like the game, it's realistic in terms of graphics and car handling. It's like F1 2025, but with less content and a lower price. Additionally, there's support for gaming steering wheels! For example, my PXN V99 steering wheel fits perfectly. However, there's a problem with the pedals and steering wheel having a dead zone that can't be removed. I hope the game's creator will address this issue and also fix the AI bots to prevent them from pushing players off the track.
I have a logitech G920 which works in other games. In this game it pegged the wheel to the left, and kept it up with what felt like full power. Which makes the game unplayable. Not that it should matter but I'm using Linux. Refund requested.
entretenido. deberia agregar carreras onlines de mas jugadores.
