Airtone

This is a great rhythm game with a couple minor drawbacks but it's still very fun and highly recommended. This game is not for people obsessed with 100% Perfect'ing everything, though... The difficulty scale is insane. Level 1 songs you can Perfect in your sleep but Level 10 songs you'd better be a literal robot with 4 arms because those beatmaps were not intended for humans to play. However, there are 25 songs to unlock, 3 difficulties each and on Easy all the songs range from about Level 1 to Level 6 or so, Medium ranges from about Level 4 to Level 8 and Hard ranges from about Level 6 to Level 10 so even if you can't handle the high level songs, you can still clear all the songs on the lower difficulties. One interesting thing is that there are a few things to do outside of the songs. You get to hang out with Neon in her house in between songs and play with the items and furiture you unlock while clearing songs. There's also a bit of backstory about her and her planet. 楽しい！ こういうＶRゲームがもっと増えてくれると嬉しいな

This is a great VR rhythm game with a predefined song list. It can be played in standing space, which makes it a nice choice for those with a small play area. Like many great games, it's simple to pick up but difficult to master. AirTone is one of the more polished VR titles I've played. In my experience, the controls are accurate and well-adapted for either the Rift or the Vive, with the one exception of accidental screenshots if you happen to have a vice grip on the Vive controllers as I do. The art is clean, with well-defined models and fonts sized/spaced such that they are easy to read through the headset. Combined with the mostly-upbeat and occasionally wistful soundtrack, these elements create a smooth and relaxing experience. While the songs are limited to those that come with the game, the selection has been wide enough so far to keep me playing for a long time. One benefit is that the motions for each track feel very distinct and generally fit the themes of their songs, especially as you move into Hard mode. In comparing to other rhythm games like Beat Saber, Airtone will not have you move around quite as much for most songs but can be more technically complex in others. There is also a main storyline that you progress by improving your scores, and the further you get, the more tracks will become available. I would recommend this to anyone who has enjoyed other rhythm games, or who is looking to try one for the first time.

Oculusストア版が認証できなくなり（それなのに購入可のままケアもされず）、やむなく購入しなおし。 Steam版は問題なく使い続けられるようです。 今までやったVR音ゲーのみならず、VRゲームの中でも今だに最高峰レベルだと思えるゲームです。 というかVR音ゲーはこれ以外クソゲーしかないと言っても過言ではないでしょう。 単純でだんだん苦痛になるだけのBeat Saberなんかよりずっと爽快でやりこみ要素があり、ポップな曲も良い。 個人的にVRゲーで最後までやり込めたのはAirtoneとRobo Recall, Half Life ALYXくらい。 ----- なお、こちらのゲームを本当にやり込みたいなら、Rift cv1専用だと思った方が良いと思います。 Viveではコントローラが重すぎるし、最近のインサイドアウト式のVRでは高確率で当たり判定されずイライラします。 また、cv1でも ３センサあるとかなり快適です。 更に、最近再びやり始めて気づいたのですが、いつのまにか振動フィードバックがきかなくなりました。 やったことといえば、Windows11に切り替えたくらいなのですが。ちょっと注意が必要です。 振動フィードバック、地味に効果が高く、無いとスコアが落ちますし、楽しさも減ります。 Airtone、最近のデバイス向けにリメイクしてもらえないですかねぇ。

HARDフルコン２５曲を達成するほどハマったので初レビューします。 リズムゲ―でここまでやりこんだのは初めてです。最初はＭＥＤＩＵＭのレベル６・７くらいから無理ゲーだと思っていましたが、難易度の高い曲も簡単な曲から遊んで徐々に慣れていくといつの間にか少し練習すればクリアできそうという感じで上達していけました。 気軽に遊びたいという方も無理に難しい曲をクリアしなくても、気に入った曲を繰り返し遊んでいればストーリーは進んでいくのでおすすめです。 高難易度クリアのためのコツを少し書かせていただくと、 ①黄色いコマは勢いをつけて叩かなくてもなぞるだけでＯＫ。（ただ通過時コントローラーが移動していないとミスになります。同じ場所に連続でくる場合はその場でスナップを利かせて手首でコントローラーを軽く振ると良い。） ②速い曲で目を慣らしてから遅い曲に挑む（遅い分コマが多くなったりトリッキーにはなりますが目で追える） ③トリガーをホールドしてなぞる赤いレーンでなぜかミス判定になってしまう場合は次のコマの判定を意識しすぎて早めにトリガーを放してしまっていることが多い。 ④（邪道かもしれませんが）キャリブレーション時に少し膝を曲げて身長を低くするように調整するとレーンを少し見下ろす形となり、奥のコマまで高いところから見渡せるようになる。設定の【高さ】では変わらないようです。 黄色いコマは間違ってトリガーを引いてしまってもＯＫ判定なことも多いですが、黄色も緑もトリガーを引く癖がついてしまうと後々ミスが増えるので緑のみトリガーを引けるように癖をつけたほうが良いかと思います。トンネルゾーンは他の方も書かれてますが左右途中で入れ替えても大丈夫ですし１００％溜まればそれ以上得点は増えないのでトリガー放して休めます。 叶わない希望だと思いますが、有料コンテンツでも良いのでさらに追加曲増えないかなあというのとトロフィー達成率０％のＨＡＲＤパーフェクト２５曲を条件５曲とかに緩和して頂けないものかと… なんだかんだでネオンちゃんの可愛さで頑張れた気がします。個人的にはとても素晴らしいゲームでした。

割とsteam VRの初期からあったリズムゲーム。 [i]PVが妙に教習ビデオっぽい…どうして？ [/i] ビートセイバーが高レベルでは強度の高い運動になるのに比べて、 Airtoneは柔軟やストレッチのように、大きく上半身を回す動きになるので、 適度な運動をＶＲでしたい人に向いているかも知れません。 （それでも後半は結構忙しいのですが…） 海外のＶＲリズムゲームとの差別化は、 ヒロインのネオンちゃんを主体にしたストーリーが存在することでしょうか。 モデリングも声も可愛く出来ていて、ゲームに花を添えてくれます。 曲のセレクト画面なんかも凝っていて、 未来の音ゲー感がとても良い感じです。 ＶＲを始めたばかりの人にもオススメ出来る良作ですよ。

VR初期に発売された音ゲー 初期とはいえ音楽とゲームとしての完成度は高く今でも十分楽しめる内容 最大の難点はWindows11だと開始数秒後に強制終了 互換性オプションはログインエラーになるので対策不可 最近ようやく販売元に連絡が取れて状況を報告 ストアページにwin11未対応の表記実施と修正に関しては検討するとだけ返答 ↓ レビューやフォーラムに非公式の動作方法が発見され記載されてプレイできるようになりました。 一分後にクラッシュする人は返金前にお試しあれ PSVR2も出ることだし修正難しかったらマルチプラットフォームで既存曲全部収録して新作発売してもいいんですよ？

This is a very polished and content rich 'arcade' style rhythm game with a nice sense of 'progression'. The style is very colorful and tonally consistent, which is absolute eye candy inside the headset (and for anyone else watching you play). The songs are great, and the song difficulty scaling is smooth; going from jamming out on basic to a moderate dance workout on hard! The one thing that stands out from other rhythm games is the controls, as most VR music games don't require any button presses, only hand placement and gestures, while Airtone requires a trigger press for two of the three notes in the game (tap and hold) which shakes it up but with the caveat of being a little difficult to adjust to if you're used to other games like Beat Saber or Synth Riders. Highly recommended, Neon wants you to take care of the Earth with her!

This game is an easy recommendation to anyone who likes VR rhythm games. Very much feels to me like an overlooked gem. Not only is the core gameplay lots of fun with a good amount of content, but the game in general feels very polished with beautifully trippy visuals, a (light) storyline with a fully-voiced, well-animated character and even a hub world with interactible collectibles.
