About
Step into an adrenaline-fueled, retro first-person shooter paying homage to the beloved console shooters of the ‘90s.
Engage in pulse-pounding shootouts against cutting-edge enemy AI straight out of the futuristic realm of 1997.
Embark on 14 daring missions as Secret Agent John Walter, an elite operative tasked with saving the world from his arch-nemesis, Dominic Pulp. Protect the future against the phantoms of the past.
Traverse skyscrapers, nightclubs, museums, catacombs, and snow bases in a heart-pumping journey of espionage.
Play the entire campaign as a one-man army or alongside friends via split-screen and online cooperative play!
Each story mission is a self-contained environment where you have to accomplish varied objectives, such as hacking terminals, stealing secret plans, freeing civilian hostages, and much more… all while fighting armed guards in epic shootouts, of course.
3 Difficulty Levels
Every mission can be completed in 3 distinct difficulty modes (Agent, Special Agent, and 64 Agent). With higher difficulty comes more objectives, and more open areas to discover.
(Tip: Start with Agent to familiarize yourself with the missions, then ramp up the difficulty to discover what comes next.)
By beating par times and other trials, you can unlock Paradox Modes, which contain 70+ modifiers and cheats that enable various effects on regular gameplay, including:
Big Heads
Melee Disarms
Slow Bullet Speeds
No Reload
…and many more!
Ready for an unorthodox challenge? Complete Contracts: remixed missions with different objectives and Paradox mode pre-sets for additional Paradox unlocks.
Fight against friends in local split-screen multiplayer combat, or take the gunfight online with up to 8 players and 8 additional bots.
Enjoy full lobby customization including teams, weapon set, rule sets and paradox modifiers, with up to 10 saved pre-sets to your liking.
Deathmatch: Classic deathmatch, score the more frags to win!
Briefcase: Capture the briefcase and hold it for long enough to score a point. But don't get too comfortable, after each point won, the briefcase position is reset to a random point on the map.
Zone: You have to capture the zone on the map to score points. Don't let any enemy contest it as it will stall the countdown!
Challenges: special matches against pre-set bots where players must reach a precise score under a certain amount of time. The faster you win, the better the prizes. Unlock maps, characters, music tracks, and more!

Amazing fun!! Love the graphics and the shiny surface effects, the colored lighting looks so nostalgic and the music is awesome (reminds me a little of Ion Fury). Really recommended to anyone looking for Perfect Dark vibes!
Sara' sicuramente apprezzato dai nostalgici come me di 007 goldeneye per nintendo 64, anche se la storyline non mi entusiasma.
The best kind of nostalgia bait. It feels like Goldeneye "HD" if it were just forward ported and not infected with modern gaming cancer. Fun to play and keeps silly things like awkward manual aim and exploding chairs. It's a blast to play and I recommend it to anyone who grew up playing Goldeneye.

super jeux nostalgie
Adored it. This game found its way to me. I had never heard of it, and it was releasing in a few days. I was hooked. I got my grubby little hands on it and played it with glee. It scratched that itch that GoldenEye, Perfect Dark & Time Splitters left in me. It's a pure dose of nostalgia. The graphics, music, guns, sound effects, voice acting (grunts); characters general, hit & death animations; the level design, the difficulty impacting the mission objectives. I am 100% nostalgia blinded, and this game hit every sweet spot. I'm looking forward to clearing it on every difficulty, and trying to speedrun the levels (poorly). There is just one section,
the start of level 11, which annoyed me. On harder difficulties it felt like the enemies were coming too fast and out of any clear patterns. It felt more like fluke than skill that I scraped through the intro to that mission after repeated fails, with enemies spawning through too many locations, with way too high damage output to you, and the target you're protecting. It felt more like a chore than a satisfying challenge
. I played through the campaign on Special Agent in around 6 hours on stream, having to go back to a couple of earlier levels on Easy or 64 Agent to collect enough Cyphers to unlock all acts. I didn't think the cyphers to unlock acts was particularly annoying, like I've seen others suggesting. I look forward to exploring the challenges, the bot arenas, online co-op and multiplayer, but even the single-player campaign felt worth the asking price in my opinion.
Replicant D&'s Agent 64 delivers so much more, than we could have ever asked for. It is good. It is so ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ good.
Game is good, but very hard on the harder difficulty settings. Also, a lot of levels are pretty cryptic and mazelike. Expect to get lost. Runs very well on my rig.
Friggin sweet 9/10
I played GoldenEye007, Perfect Dark and this Demo a lot. It truly feels like a PC spiritual successor to the Nintendo 64 gems of my childhood. This game respects you and your time. I am enjoying the missions, the different difficulty levels, the challenges, the paradox modes and the par-times. There is a lot of value for my money. I did not play the Multiplayer yet because I would like to finish the Story before.
If you're an ancient fossil like me and remember playing the original GoldenEye 64, you'll be right at home here. It's got a similar aesthetic but modern controls and a smooth framerate. It has the same structure of objective-based missions with more objectives to do on higher difficulties, as well as unlockable cheats ("paradoxes", here) earned by speedrunning specific level+difficulty combos. It even takes a swing at implementing the cheeses that were a scrapped feature in Perfect Dark; here, you have to find masks and shoot them to unlock extra challenge levels. It also has arena challenges like the Combat Simulator missions from Perfect Dark, and a co-op mode. My only real complaints are that the par times (for unlocking paradoxes) on some of the arena challenges are absurdly strict, but it's an optional challenge within optional content, so it's not that big of a deal. It could use a tiny bit more QoL (such as being told which difficulty on a story mission is the one that unlocks a paradox without having to enter a mission and abort it), but the game just came out and is still under active development. It's basically a one-man passion project (with the music done by someone else), and is exceptionally good at what it set out to do: be a modern take on GoldenEye.
