Abst Clicker Farm is an idle clicker title developed and published by DIG Games that embraces the simplicity of the incremental genre without attempting to complicate its formula. Designed around constant progression and number growth, the game focuses on generating clicks, purchasing upgrades, and steadily increasing production rates. Rather than relying on story elements, complex mechanics, or elaborate visuals, it delivers a straightforward experience aimed at players who enjoy watching statistics rise and efficiency improve over time. The gameplay revolves around accumulating clicks through manual interaction and gradually investing those earnings into upgrades that increase productivity. Early progression requires active participation, but the introduction of automatic click generation shifts the experience toward a more traditional idle format. This transition creates a satisfying sense of growth as players move from personally generating every click to overseeing a system that continuously produces resources on its own. The upgrade structure is simple to understand, making the game accessible even to newcomers who have little experience with clicker or idle games. A major feature highlighted by the game is its competitive leaderboard system. Players can compare both their total click count and clicks-per-second performance against others, adding a layer of rivalry to an otherwise solitary genre. This competitive element gives dedicated players an incentive to optimize their upgrade choices and pursue higher efficiency levels. For those who enjoy chasing rankings and measuring progress against a wider community, the leaderboards provide additional motivation beyond the standard progression loop. The presentation remains intentionally minimal. Abst Clicker Farm does not attempt to overwhelm players with flashy animations, detailed environments, or extensive customization options. Instead, the visual design serves the mechanics, keeping attention focused on upgrades, statistics, and progression. While some players may appreciate this clean and uncomplicated approach, others may find the lack of visual variety makes the experience feel repetitive after extended sessions. The farming theme itself is largely abstract and functions more as a framework for progression than as a true farming simulation. Achievements help create short-term goals throughout the experience and encourage continued play. Unlocking milestones provides a sense of accomplishment that complements the steady accumulation of resources. However, because the game is built around a relatively narrow set of mechanics, long-term engagement depends heavily on a player's enjoyment of incremental progression. Those who are passionate about idle games may find satisfaction in optimizing every aspect of production, while players seeking strategic depth or evolving gameplay systems could eventually run out of fresh objectives. One of the game's strengths is its honesty about what it offers. It does not promise a deep management simulator or a feature-rich adventure. Instead, it delivers a focused clicker experience centered on upgrades, automation, and leaderboard competition. The mechanics are easy to learn, progression feels consistent, and there is enough incentive to keep improving efficiency for players who enjoy the genre's core appeal. At the same time, the game's limited scope prevents it from standing alongside more ambitious incremental titles. There are few major surprises, and the gameplay loop remains largely unchanged from beginning to end. The absence of deeper progression systems, multiple resource layers, or meaningful gameplay variations can make the experience feel repetitive once the initial sense of advancement begins to fade. Overall, Abst Clicker Farm succeeds as a lightweight and accessible idle clicker that understands its target audience. It offers a simple but functional progression system, useful automation mechanics, and competitive leaderboards that add extra longevity. While it lacks the complexity and content depth found in many of the genre's strongest examples, it remains an enjoyable diversion for players who appreciate the satisfaction of watching numbers grow and efficiency steadily increase. Rating: 5/10

Broken achievements that the devs seem to not want to fix.
As others have already stated, this game is really bad. The developer is flat out lying, and marketing/selling a game that does not actually have the features they say it does. I am a sucker for bad games, as long as they have achievements or trading cards...or even leaderboards. There is literally no depth or redeeming value to this game, and worse yet, the advertised achievements do not work. The game is also supposed to have a leaderboard...it does not. At one point I saw one the the achievements pop up on the the screen, so I thought maybe other players gave up to soon. I checked, and the achievement did not actually register. I quit out to see if it would register, and nope. So I gave the game one last try and left it running for 5 hours, and kept checking in with it while I worked. The achievements never popped. Again, as others have already stated, there is no EXIT. You have to force quit the game. Among all the other issues with this game, the fact that the developer can't be bothered to check in on their customers, and has zero pride in their work, to the point that they released an overly simple game that they won't take the time to fix, because they have moved on to their next money grab....doesn't even make sense. Fix this turd before you make more. We're not talking about a complex game. There's seriously NOTHING to do in the game. What a shame... I do hope the developer apologizes, fixes the game, and makes it right...but I won't be holding my breath.

Warning: Asset Flip!
Abst Clicker Farm is an asset flip, what Valve calls a "fake game". The "developer", DIG Games/cBlck, took the Bit Clicking Engine game assets from the real developers, Mfzz99, changed the name, and dumped the result onto Steam. They're attempting to scam people into buying this, so they can get your money for someone else's work. DIG Games/cBlck has shown a repeat pattern of unethically dumping other people's work onto Steam as a cheap, nasty cash grab. They lack depth and content, because they're just simplistic copies of demos or tutorials. In this case, "Bit Clicking Engine" is just an asset pack and game template from the GameMaker Studio marketplace intended to show people how to make clicker games, and doesn't have any merit as a proper, fully fledged PC game. It's just a minimum viable product, just enough to get through the non-existent quality control on Steam Direct. Not a real game. Asset flips don't involve any professional game development. Sure, sometimes they may change a few cosmetic things, swap out different assets etc, but at heart it's functionally identical to the asset they're ripping off. Asset flips like this are harmful to the gaming industry and to Steam because they reduce the visibility that sincerely made indie games should have, and make it harder for gamers to find real games from genuine developers. Let's talk about price and the value this represents for us gamers. Should you buy this game? Is it among the best the Steam catalogue has to offer? Abst Clicker Farm is relatively cheap at $2 USD, but it's not worth it. This is also competing with over 14,000 free games available on Steam, many of them far better than this paid product. The poor quality of this game is also reflected by how many people spent time with it. At the time of this review, SteamDB shows the all-time peak player number was only 2 players. This is a remarkably low number, and now, the only player activity occurs once or twice a month, presumably someone loading it up to see what it is then quickly uninstalling it. Considering there's over 130 million gamers on Steam and well over 140,000 games for gamers to choose from, the overwhelming lack of interest in this low quality game is to be expected. Ethics aside, given the defects and quality issues with the game, coupled with the unrealistic price, and the questionable ethical nature of the developer and/or their associates (as outlined above), this is impossible to recommend. Because this is just a fake game/cash grab scam, and due to the sheer unethical nature of the developer, you should avoid this completely. Don't reward this morally bankrupt, unethical behaviour from DIG Games.
Profile Features Limited! Valve have marked this game as "Profile Features Limited" at the time of this review. This is usually caused by poor sales figures and low community acceptance for the game (to date). Until this status changes, this game will not give you +1 to your Game Collector badge count, appear in profile achievements or any other Steam meta-accomplishments, nor can it be displayed in some profile showcases. If these factors are important to you, it may be worth holding off before buying this game.
