EDIT - I do have one positive thing to say The NPCS were quirky and fun to talk to, that is the *only* fun I had 2 Things 1 only I rarely do 1 Ive never done This game....WTF is this trash?! Buggy as hell from thee beginning. Glitching through walls in the FIRST crawlspace. Had to restart the TUTORIAL. It runs....not terrible...but choppy in a very unique way. Like constant *almost* imperceptible micro stutter on a 5070ti(laptop) -- bang up jon on that one guys, guess everyone running older hardware is ♥♥♥♥♥♥. Knocking npos out, half of the time just results in them immediately turning around and having this weird nonstop patty cakes game with you, back and fourth until you let them run a bit - them you can chase them down and try again, and if youre lucky, you wont just take their clothes off???!?!?!?! instead of strangling them so they stand there nearly naked. <-- WTF IS THAT Music is horrible Sound effects are barely there No one playtested this hot garbage and then they abandoned it. Ok so on to the two things I have a special folder called "too ♥♥♥♥♥♥" where I just give up on games and file them there because they just arent worth a minute longer. Id probably play a ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ barbie game before I pick up this ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ again. So it went there Also, I removed the other three titles from that collection, because i may actually play those other titles now. I decided a new standard had been set by ABERMORE. The pinnacle of e-waste. Easily one of the worst games Ive played in a long time. Everything sucks. I want to yell like BILL O'REILLY ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ THING SUCKS! Stay far away
Abermore is an immense disappointment. The bugs and glitches can be cataloged so extremely clearly that it’s incredible that this game even got released, let alone past playtesting. Hell, was it playtested? Why did this game get released even if it wasn’t finished? These questions stuck in my mind as I played through this dumpster fire. Maybe this game will see all its bugs patched? Sure, but that doesn’t mean that there’s nearly enough interesting, let alone unique, content throughout the levels to warrant any recommendation from me. - Summary from my review on Gaming Trend. PROS

The tarot card system is unique, and makes Abermore stand out from a lot of other fantasy stealth games
CONS

Stealth is so pathetically easy that there’s barely any challenge
Levels feel lackluster and unfinished, as if barely any playtesting went into Abermore
Art style is boring and assets are reused so much through the entire game that I experienced the same rooms more than I experienced actual unique gameplay content
A catalog of bugs and glitches, on par with Cyberpunk 2077
SCORE
10/100
Good and fun game mechanics,0 optimization and takes your fun away with npc talks.and you cant fully skip them.
This isn't just jank, it is broken aswell
The idea is sound of the game(roguelike + Imsim, HELL YEAH!!), but the constant softlocks kill any progression. The game is quite janky, but the moments the I do say is worth(freaking Ned Flanders or the amount of silly janky moments), on a deep sale for a "so bad it's good" type of game with some friends. That is, if you can survive the night of all the softlocks ;).
the game does not explain thing clearly also too much talking need a skip buttion. anothr thing this game so buggy that it is unplayable and i mean so many bugs every time i try to star a new mission somthing happens that it will break the game .
Is it a buggy game? Yes it is, but oh what a game it could have been dear friends..... :) If you plan on playing make note that (at least for me) several collaborators do not enable to be selected for the final mission. The only good ones are Don Ravio, The Tinderbox and Chicory. Focus on those collaborators and you'll have a full crew for the final mission! The cruelest part of the game will be the final mission as almost nearly every time I played it starts you in a hallway filled with people who immediately see you and sound the alarm before you are even able to move. You may have to retry multiple times before the level starts in a safe area so you can even begin to explore the castle in a safe manner. If not, at lease Chicory deactivated the sentry guards leaving you a whole 90 seconds to run at top speed to rescue someone, find the crown and escape before you die of poisonous gas! Good luck!!!
Steam should unlist it. It's unfinished, untested, not worth a dime. If you can get through the 'tutorial' (because it's unfinished, they didn't support correct all possible regions and it causes softlocks), you'll clip through the floor, or the wall, or maybe even the ceiling if you end up flying through the room. Don't lose your money over this, even the devs abandoned it (they really did and were off to another project a few weeks after it came out!)
