To the game that deserved better- A Twisted Path to Renown From the moment I stepped into the Arizona Forest, I was captivated... not just by the setting or the gameplay, but by your raw potential. There was something about the way you dared to be different. You were janky, sometimes frustrating, and you didnt hold my hand. I respected that. In your vast open plains, dense forests, and intense gunfights, I found a game I didnt expect. It hurt to watch the reviewers and community turn against you. The reviews were quick and cruel... some fair, most not... and the mood shifted. Updates failed, devs stumbled, and patches couldnt keep up. Suddenly, it felt like everyone forgot about the beating heart beneath your flaws. But I wont forget. Not the 6-8hr sessions, not the quiet triumphs, not the thrill of surviving "one more raid". You might not have been the game people hoped for, but you were a game I loved to play. Goodbye, A Twisted Path to Renown, you were worth the journey.
Why you still selling the game If you shutting down the servers surely you can make this a single player game pretty much the whole time in OCE it was a single player anyway. Its just another game we pay for and then they decide to stop supporting and take down surely this is not okay for the consumers.

i would have posted a positive review if it wasn't for the fact that i can no longer play the game and there is no support since the studio has been bought and whoever bought it does not manage a single thing about this game. there is even a post by one of their discord Moderators swearing at them because this game has been abandonned since 2024. Its sad barely up to 4 players in peak times.
This is the 2nd game this studio has now abandoned. 100% do not buy this game expecting any kind of development from the studio. The AI is both stupid and way over tuned in how good they are in different areas.
refunded right away games trash plus hardly anyone playing it just get hunt showdown instead ez
Scammed
Had trust into the devs and into the project, paid for the biggest edition of the game to support the devs. devs never delivered what they said, were bought and no one ever touched the game again! now servers are closing cause who cares right? Game had promising elements but the PVE was bad, NPC were deadlier then most players, the loot was off, the game was slow it tried to copy tarkov with its hardcore mechanics while playing in 1899, the shooting felt unsatisfiying. The grind was terrible. nothing rly worked out of the box, even the extraction felt always unfullfilling. In the end its just sad we dont get a own server edition cause this game was never done and we rly need new laws to stop people scamming people and never see jail time for doing so. Imagine buying a car and the seller gives you once a barebone case and says well here you go..no one would ever accept it why then digitaly?
Game sucks so far. Not enjoying it at all!!! Not as described at all. Has no tutorial, so I'm completely unaware how to get anything accomplished. Actual game play totally SUCKS!!
Rug pull bs Don't bother wasting your money there's no devs and no updates. Wasted 80+ gbp on this crap for founders edition they have the gall to still have listed on steam!!!
A multiplayer game, EA or not, that can not stay above a 100 average player count is a dead game. Theres games over a decade old that still edge on the 80-100 mark, or at least have a decent portion of that player count at peak times- ATPR I liked quite a bit, when I bought it just over a year ago. I have fiddled around with the game over 2 month-ish intervals, there were some good updates and questionable decisions made over the year. Their final updates and rushed release, instantly killed the tiny player base they had. The lifetime window for this game closed around half a year ago at the time of writing. My advise: do not buy a dead multiplayer game. 100 players is already a barren lobby, 10 players at PEAK, average as low as 4, that is dead and burried.
