A Rabbit and the Mystic Fog

You explore the map, talk to the meadow creatures, and try to solve the mystery of the mysic fog. It sort of plays like a Visual Novel, except you have little quests to do as you uncover the story. In theory, this should be a chill & lovely mini-adventure that I could recommend to families. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this game. It just has too many issues. The biggest issue for me was the teleportation system in this game. It's simply terrible. You're supposed to be able to face the direction your teleportation marker is pointing, but I found it almost impossible to control. I finally gave up and played this game standing and just physically faced the direction that I was teleporting towards. There is no smooth or snap turning. The issues didn't end there as I would clip through the terrain and through to the floor level of the map. There were several areas of the map that the game didn't want me to teleport to for unknown reasons. It made getting around those areas very frustrating as I could only teleport an inch or two away from where I was. The game also ran very poorly on 1060 GTX. It's running on the Unreal Engine and I was getting anywhere from 40 frames per second, to about 20 frames per second. It made this experience rather unpleasant. There were also several areas of the map with poor textures and lighting. Even the text pop ups that you're supposed to read is frustrating. I could read it, but it was a little too small & blurry than would be comfortable to read. You then had to point your motion controller and press trigger several times in order to get it to go to the next phrase of the dialogue. Given the limited content and poor production values, I cannot recommend this experience. I just don't see families with kids enjoying this, no matter how otherwise charming it could have been. I didnt realize this game needed VR. I was able to access the debugger so I got a good look at the map and its guts. 10/10

Die Graphik ist total kaputt. Teilweise weiße Flächen etc. auch die Steuerung lässt zuwünschen. Für Geschenkt oder als Demo, kann man es sich bei viel viel Langeweile ansehen aber dafür Geld bezahlen ist dann eine Frechheit.
