A Painter's Tale è un'ottima avventura, che ci racconta un piccolo pezzo di storia italiana che forse la maggior parte di noi non conosce (cosi come il sottoscritto, prima di aver giocato a questo gioco). Nel suo essere un piccolo gioco indie A Painter's Tale riesce comunque a catturare l'attenzione del giocatore, a convincerlo a finirlo il prima possibile, per scoprire come si conclude la storia di Curon e dei suoi abitanti. Il tutto impreziosito da una bellissima colonna sonora e da quadri/disegni disegnati da buone mani. La grafica, pur essendo molto semplice, riesce comunque ad essere carina e a creare una buona illuminazione. L'avventura è pur si molto breve ma è lunga quanto basta per essere emozionante, tenendo anche conto che la Monkey Tales Studio è una piccolissima casa di sviluppo.

En el, tomamos el rol de un pintor que se encuentra en el pueblo Curon, un pueblo que fue inundado en 1950 por las aguas del lago Reschen tras la construcción de una presa, debiendo ser abandonado por sus habitantes. Años después nos encontramos en dicho lugar, observando el campanario que emerge de las aguas que cubren el resto del pueblo siendo transportados al pasado por una misteriosa mujer para encontrarnos en dicha localidad antes de que se produjera dicha desgracia. Nuestra historia no es otra que revivir los hechos del pasado conociendo no solo el pueblo de Curon, si no a sus habitantes por medio de conversaciones interactivas donde podremos elegir nuestras respuestas, dejándonos arrastrar por la magia que surgía del mismo. Gracias a nuestras conversaciones exploraremos las costumbres de sus habitantes, sus inquietudes y miedos, pudiendo ser un elemento destacado de sus vidas o bien solo un forastero. Sea como sea, es tu historia, así que tu decides. El titulo se asienta sobre la maqueta del Museo de Alta Val Venosta, el cual dispone de una replica de como era dicha localidad antes de los acontecimientos, permitiendo que mezclemos la ficción con la historia. Un juego realmente emotivo con diversos mini juegos que permiten completar una historia realmente enigmática a través de un sistema de control de lo mas sencillo. A Painter's Tale: Curon, 1950 es un titulo apto para todos los miembros de la familia, aunque os hemos de decir que no encontramos subtítulos en castellano, si en ingles. Un juego que mezcla bellas pinturas con unos simpáticos gráficos que reflejan un entorno interactivo lleno de detalles. Tampoco nos podemos olvidar de las bellas melodías que se nos transmiten mientras observamos tan lindos paisajes, pues realmente merecen la pena. En resumen, nos encontramos ante una historia emotiva en un buen juego tan agradable como disfrutable que merece la pena sentir. Un titulo con mecánicas sencillas perfecto para disfrutar del mismo durante un bien rato.
