♂️ Justice ♂️
Well, the game is incredibly weird. You are literally knocking muscly guys down from the ceiling of a gym. They scream as they fall then land and scream "Justice!". If you find rare "machos", the game changes the music and the color of the balls. There are giant heads that stare into the gym as you go about your macho rescuing business. Surreal. https://youtu.be/SKgLIcJhqts
* I can't understand why man is stuck on the ceiling. And why I'm enjoy this game. *
My ears may be bleeding due to not having any audio settings in the game, but i persevered and rescued the full rainbow of men and lived to tell about it. The amount of depth and emotion this game elicits from its characters when they are saved is truly Oscar worthy....JUSTICE...10/10 would recommend.
We're getting out of the gymnasium with this one!!! 🔥🔥🏐🏐🏀💯🔥🔥
I can just imagine the pitch meeting for this game. developer: thank you for meeting with me to discuss funding my studio's next project, we have a lot of great ideas and think we would make a great team with you as our pub... publisher: no matter what happens, we want to make sure this game features shirtless men with muscles suspended by wires to the ceiling of a gymnasium developer: ..... go on. publisher: we also want to make sure that the only method to remove said musclemen is by throwing something resembling a combination of a basketball and a volleyball directly at them, knocking them loose and causing them to fall to the ground. developer: (rips up outline of his studio's earlier mentioned next project) What if it was an infinite supply of basketvolleyballs? publisher: YES. Also there will be special balls that explode when you throw them but we can get into that later. For now, just remember that when you knock one of the shirtless men back to the ground, they will ragdoll all the way to the floor, and only at the last second will they spring back to life while an announcer yells "JUSTICE!" developer: *writes that down on scraps of the torn outline of his studio's currently cancelled and already forgotten game that is no longer in pre-production* publisher: ...I just need a name for it. developer: How about "A game that saves the muscles caught in the ceiling of the gymnasium"? publisher: *weeps openly with joy while drawing up the contract*
Remember in gym class when something got stuck in the ceiling rafters, and someone had to grab a ball and throw it at the thing that was stuck to knock it loose? This game (which I am affectionately abbreviating as "TaiMacho") takes that concept and turns it into a physics-based puzzle game. For $2, it is a very great game. And the concept of these macho men being stuck in the ceiling has an absurdist surrealism to it. The game is originally Japanese, but the English translation is solid. The core gameplay loop is fairly simple yet addicting: you start with 15 volleyballs, and yeet them at the men in the ceiling until they fall. At any point, you can refill your balls at the bin in the middle of the gym. There are also basketballs that sometimes spawn in the ceiling or around you - you can have up to 5 of these, and throwing one causes an explosion (for exceptionally stuck machos). Randomly, special macho men will spawn in the ceiling, and knocking them down scores you an achievement AND plays a song based on that macho's type. The songs are very good, and some of the machos are hilarious-looking. Once you knock down all the machos, you even unlock a fun little ending to the game! There are two modes of play: Endless and Time Attack. Time Attack is your typical race-against-the-clock mode where you try to save 10 machos as quick as possible, getting a score based off of you performance. It's fun for a bit, but the best mode is Endless in my opinion. There is something therapeutic about launching a ball at a macho and getting it unstuck first try, or walking around and trying to find the best way to save a toughly-stuck macho. There are a couple issues with the game. For starters, it was VERY aggressive on my machine, and every time I played, it sounded like my PC was going to launch into the stratosphere. Also, there are times where you can get soft-locked in Endless and have to exit to the menu. Namely, there are these weird sidebars in some of the windows, and if a macho gets stuck there, you are as good as done for that run. But even with these issues, I highly recommend this game. Memeing aside, this is a very fun physics-based puzzle game that is cheap, chill, bizarre, and a good way to knock out a couple hours
タイトル通り挟まってるのはマッチョだし、子供の頃マッチョが挟まってる光景なんか見たこともないのに不思議と懐かしく泣きたくなる様な温かい気持ちになる。
This is by far the strangest game I have ever played. Ever had an itch where you had to shoot balls at half naked men while screaming JUSTICE?! Than this is the game for you. 10/10 totally recommending it to my cat.
