imagine you flip on the tv and you see van halen and Daft Punk creating the soundtrack for Kung Fury2: the Electric boogaloo, right as the koolaid man crashes through your wall with andy milanokis swimming inside of his jug Shooting little LED pistols that are firing Techno Ratpors who have kittens for hands that fire even smaller kittens and you are so freaked out you peel your face off to reveal that you are Terry Crews and you get so hyped the your body explodes in to 1000 duck sized Terrys and you burst in to tiny fires and then all 1000 little terrys each chew 5 gun and the ball goes in and you score and this its pure serinity...for about 2 seconds then this scene repeats. thats what its like to play this game. 9/10 would trip acid if i didnt have this game. https://www.twitch.tv/fullmetalalchemist
Not much of an indie game fan, but this was funny :) Nice game
5 Minutes Rage is a PvP only arcade style 3D rendered 2D platformer/brawler arena game where you control a somewhat low poly robot and brawl against other low poly robots, if there were any. It's like Super Smash Bros but without any charm or characterisation, and not as good. The technical implementation here is okay, you get a few customisations and the game supports 4K and looks borderline passable (although the assets are a little low poly/store brand). The theme of the game is painfully generic. The focus of the game is pure PvP, there's only a very small amount of single player content (minigames). Developers must learn that other players are not an acceptable substitute for adding content to a game. Developers often opt for PvP-only as developing single player content is difficult and requires capable storytelling, writing, level design and a wide range of other game development skills and talent. The vast majority of PvP-only games fail because they don't go "viral", and without players, the game dies. If there was a single player component, there would be a lasting substance to the game, however, in this case, the developers abandoned that and instead gambled that the game would hit some critical mass and succeed. It didn't. While there is botmatching and the developers included some pointless, detached minigames (unclear why, but it's worth noting the minigames are better than the actual main game), but with the focus on PvP, the success of this game hinges on the strength and size of the player base... which is non-existent. SteamDB shows a peak of 65 players, but that was just a spike, and typically there's no players on the game at any given time. That makes this a dead, largely unplayable game, and impossible to recommend.
Era sempre in rete a fare goal.
Interesting little game. It's not my type, but it ran well on my ancient 64-bit W7 HPE SP1 PC with its ATI Radeon 4870 video card (512 MB of VRAM).

5 Minutes Rage – Hatred Edition, developed by Indomitus Games and published by Gamera Interactive, is a compact, high-energy multiplayer title that thrives on immediacy and controlled chaos. It blends elements of arena shooters and sports-like scoring into a tightly structured format where matches are short, intense, and built around constant action. Rather than aiming for long-form progression or strategic depth, the game focuses on delivering bursts of competitive excitement that are easy to grasp but surprisingly hectic in execution. The core gameplay revolves around a simple objective: control the ball and score while fending off opponents who are actively trying to stop you—often by any means necessary. Players pilot customizable robots within enclosed arenas, using a combination of movement, shooting, and defensive tools to gain an advantage. What makes the experience engaging is how these mechanics intersect. It’s not just about scoring; it’s about managing space, anticipating enemy actions, and reacting quickly to shifting situations. A well-timed deflection or a perfectly executed interruption can completely change the outcome of a match in seconds, giving each round a dynamic and unpredictable flow. Despite its straightforward premise, the game introduces a layer of tactical nuance through its abilities. Players can fire projectiles, activate shields, and manipulate their positioning in ways that create both offensive opportunities and defensive counterplay. The arenas are designed to support this interplay, encouraging constant movement and quick decision-making. There is rarely a moment of stillness, as the pace pushes players to remain engaged from start to finish. This intensity is amplified by the short match length, which keeps the experience focused and prevents it from becoming drawn out. The game is clearly built with multiplayer in mind, offering both local and online modes. Local multiplayer stands out as the most enjoyable way to experience the game, where the chaotic energy is heightened by direct interaction with other players. Matches become louder, more competitive, and often more entertaining when played in the same room, giving the game a strong party-like appeal. Online play extends this concept, but its effectiveness depends heavily on the availability of active players, which can limit the experience for those relying solely on matchmaking. Visually, 5 Minutes Rage – Hatred Edition embraces a vibrant, retro-inspired aesthetic that complements its fast-paced gameplay. Neon colors, sharp contrasts, and stylized environments give the arenas a distinctive look, while the clean presentation ensures that important elements remain easy to track during chaotic moments. The design prioritizes clarity over complexity, which is crucial for a game where split-second decisions can determine success or failure. The audio design reinforces this energy, with upbeat music and impactful sound effects that enhance the intensity of each match. However, the game’s focus on simplicity also contributes to its limitations. While the core mechanics are solid, there is relatively little variation in terms of modes or long-term progression. After extended play, the experience can begin to feel repetitive, as the fundamental loop does not evolve significantly. This is particularly noticeable for solo players, where the lack of depth in single-player or bot-based modes makes it harder to stay engaged without the unpredictability of human opponents. Another challenge lies in its reliance on multiplayer activity. As a game built around competitive interaction, its longevity is closely tied to its player base. Without a steady stream of active participants, the experience can feel diminished, especially in online modes. This makes it more of a situational game—one that shines brightest when played with friends rather than as a standalone experience. Ultimately, 5 Minutes Rage – Hatred Edition is a game that excels in short bursts. It captures the thrill of fast-paced competition and delivers it in a format that is easy to jump into and immediately enjoy. While it lacks the depth and variety needed for long-term engagement, it succeeds as a focused, arcade-style experience that prioritizes fun and intensity over complexity. For players looking for a quick, energetic multiplayer game—especially in a local setting—it offers plenty of chaotic enjoyment, even if its appeal is somewhat limited over time. Rating: 6/10
5 Seconds Rage Quit This game is dead pretty much
My experience with 5 Minutes Rage was not really big because I was able to play only tutorial, so far at my gaming time hours I was unable to find a match. However, even tutorial left me with much to look for from the game. First of all let me start with atmosphere of game. It's almost like Far Cry Blood Dragon(cyberpunk 80's or smth). The soundtrack with drum makes battles even with A.I. pretty epic. The gameplay is based on handball kind of game, with deathmatch build in. U catch the ball, u throw the ball, while trying to survive or eliminate all who will try to destroy you. I tried only 1 vs 1, so can't say for other modes. What I did like is the various abilities, for example u can use shields, shoot or supercharge ur laser cannon and perform a 1 hit k.o. to ur enemy. Video, sound is superb for this kind of 2d game and sport theme with destroy or be destroyed kind of gameplay is a good approach to 2d world. Wish to see more active player base to test other modes in future. Our Curator Page
