good story - long play time - cute characters
Great full game difficult without guide though but easy with it. 40+ hours this seems to be made for a family audience that adult so keep that in mind its a bit soft on maturity.
I don't like the faraway placed items and locations, too much walking, lack of spell payoff and general descriptions. Eventhough it is cheap on a sale and has a ton of content, not too satisfied playing it. Edit: played for a couple more hours, boring and can't hold my attention.
Gameplay [7/10] Graphics [6/10] Music [8/10] Replay Potential [9/10] "It" Factor [8/10] Total Score [7.6/10] After 2.7 hours, I have confirmed two things: I know how to use the 'Attack' command, and I have successfully purchased a stack of healing potions. This playtime is the digital equivalent of turning the key in the ignition of a Greyhound bus—the epic journey hasn't started, but the sheer, overwhelming ambition is palpable. *3 Stars of Destiny* promises 108 characters, and right now, I have met maybe seven of them, three of whom are shopkeepers who seem far too pleased with their lives to join a rebellion. It feels exactly like a classic PS1-era JRPG: competent, narratively heavy, and completely unforgiving if you forget to grind for five minutes outside the first town. This game is clearly a monumental labor of love, but if you check your clock after three hours, understand that you are still comfortably inside the prologue, and the actual destiny part is still several dozen hours away.
I am just a big fan of the turn-based, 2d, rpg games.
i'm lost in swamp and that is end
:(
This is one of the early Aldorlea 'Laxius' games. It's probably a bit dated now but it still has a great storyline and lots of little surprises to discover. It's a great game and I definitely recommend it.
96 hours of awesome classic RPG greatness. Worth every moment. Very fun to complete it on the top difficulty.
