222 Hearts

A very simple and short puzzle platformer. There's not much to it. There are puzzle elements involved, but nothing too crazy. It's got some eye-pleasing artwork, nice simple music. It's a little difficult overall, but not really too much so, at least if you're experienced with difficult platformers. Probably a lot easier to play with a controller due to the required 2D directional precision aiming required. What's in the trailer is all you get, and you can finish the game in around an hour or less. It could have probably made do with a little story to better tie its bizarre heart theme together.

The game is fun, it has a pretty unique gimmick despite that being its only gimmick, it does sometimes feel random but theres nothing that can be done with that. The levels are fun and unique, but it just reaches a point where the game just gets too sweaty for the casual player, it stops being a puzzle and quick thinking game to just memorizing where to click and just tryharding it. Adding, the bosses get boring after the first two attempts, not saying their attacks feel stale, but rather the lack or rng or other moves to make each try more unique. I also dont know how the game could be replayable after a full walkthrough outside of speedrunning.. Cool game regardless, just too hard.. its problems can be fixed, though.
