007 First Light

Just make a movie. You don't have to make a game if you're not going to let it be a game. This is a far cry from Hitman, the kind of game IOI has proved they excel at making. I really, really wanted to enjoy 007 First Light, but after a few hours, I just couldn't do it. Every part of this game is linear. You will do exactly what the game wants you to do, exactly when it wants you to do it. Even at times when you think you have some freedom, it's simply the illusion of choice. I just don't find games like that fun. There is no reason to make such an on-the-rails game in 2026. This could have come out a decade ago as far as gameplay goes. Such a disappointment.

it lowkey a good game

Despite the game’s high price (around 100 CAD for the full edition, which ultimately does not offer much more than the regular version) its relatively short story, and levels that feel somewhat less open-ended than those in the Hitman: World of Assassination series, 007 First Light is genuinely fantastic. There is also the TACSIM mode, which I have not tried yet, so there may still be more depth and replayability waiting for me. The graphics are excellent, the presentation is consistently impressive, and I thoroughly enjoyed my entire playthrough. I can already see myself returning to it in the future. One minor warning, though: the game makes it far too easy to fall into the “just one more chapter before bed” trap, especially since the chapters can be quite long. It also ends on a cliffhanger that clearly sets up a future installment, leaving you immediately wanting more. Overall, I give 007 First Light a solid 10/10. After finishing the story, I completely understand why the reviews have been so positive. TL;DR: Expensive, a bit shorter and less open than expected, but incredibly polished and addictive. You will lose sleep, you will want more, and you probably won’t regret it. Rating: 10/10 — lost sleep, no regrets, would stay up again 🕶️

se voce esta em duvidas em jogar, venho aqui pra te dizer: nao esteja. facilmente o meu jogo do ano, me senti completamente imerso na historia e parecia que eu tava dentro de um classico do bond. a historia é fenomenal, plots mt interessantes, personagens muito solidos, graficos estupidamente bonitos, jogabilidade polida e boa. nao enfrentei nenhum bug na campanha inteira e complemento: selo must play. um espetáculo.

What's not to like about being James Bond for a day.

Pay attention! As a lifelong fan of Bond, I can say that this game is a outstanding rendition of the character. I was particularly proud of the fact that they paid homage to the classic essence of Bond. On top of that, the game was challenging and fun. Graphics were great and the babes were hot.

What a game, such a throwback to the 2000s video games but in modern coating. Such flashbacks to old bond games, syphon filter, mission impossible with a mix of uncharted and hitman. Only thing is price, i think its quite steep. 49-59 eu should be the range as the replay value is not there.
