I haven't played a lot, but I've played through some of the career mode tracks and am enjoying the game so far. Also, the developer is very active in Discord, and seems happy to take suggestions and feedback. Pros: * Handling seems realistic (More below) * Track layouts are beautiful and colorful (More below) * Vehicles are rendered beautifully * Very interesting to visually see what the computer is doing aid with counter-steer and throttle * Off track penalty system is very interesting - Rather than just deducting from your lap time, or slowing you down at a predetermined section in the track, it slows you down immediately. Kind of makes you think twice about how much you can/should cut the track boundaries. That said, here are a couple of suggestions I've already posted in their Discord server * While the tracks do look great, they are a bit plain as far as features (could use more buildings or foliage or something to fill it out) * The AI vehicles seem very fast on the straights, but slow in the corners. I'm not sure if this is due to slipstream, or if they really are that much faster than the player on the straights. This could perhaps be a little better balanced. * The AI vehicles seem to have no regard for the player, crashing into you from behind (even on a straight section), and side swiping in the corners. It would be nice to have a vehicle aggression option at some point, or perhaps more intelligent AI. * Gas engine minimum sounds should be slightly louder, particularly when decelerating (off throttle/breaking etc.). This would make it easier to know when to downshift a gas powered vehicle (some are electric, so obviously that's a non-issue there). * Distance markers for how many feet/yards/meters etc. from the next corner would be helpful, similar to other sim type races (obviously this is not a sim racer). Short of that, perhaps more buildings or other visual aids to help gauge your breaking zone into the next turn. * These vehicles seem to be a bit low on traction (understeer), though that might be by design, and also part of the high-speed physics. Perhaps some basic options to tune the vehicles (down-force for example) could be added. * Wishlist item with no expectations: Track editor - It would be pretty sweet to be able to create and share tracks (Recharge RC: High Voltage for inspiration) I know I've put a lot of stuff here, but please know that I really am enjoying the game so far and feel it's a darn good deal for $10. If you think a futuristic racer with actual physics based handling is interesting, I'd recommend snagging it before the price goes up.
