this game is honestly the ♥♥♥♥
Love the game's minimalist design. Gameplay is intuitive and easy to learn, yet despite this the puzzles remain very challenging.
Wow, this game has it all, interesting gameplay and choice selection, followed up with a relaxing soundtrack. Looks like I found a new game for those times when the squad just cant decide what to play.

The game is simple to pick up but difficult to complete which is great for a puzzle game. The tutorial like levels and shapes help demonstrate the rules of the game effectively and beautifully. I also enjoy the fact that I can play this game with Steam Link as it only requires mouse control. For 3 dollars, this game is well worth the money. I will definitely be trying to complete all the levels.
Yarnay is equal parts relaxing, intuitive, and challenging. The puzzles have a human design that reward both pattern recognition and creativity. I think this is the perfect game for gamers of all shapes and sizes
game designers have long debated the different categorizations of hexagon-based games, and over time, two principle types have emerged: normal hexagon games and sexy hexagon games. sexygon games if you will. after playing yarne for some time i can confidently place yarne in the latter category. i wasn't sure at first, but after holding a picture of yarne up next to a picture of lenny kravitz, i can confirm that they look scientifically identical. yarne makes civilization v's hexagons look like damn gollum from lord of the rings. i recommend this game, but only if you can stand the onslaught of constant arousal: play at your own risk.
yarne is a fantastic puzzle game that is extremely satisfying and relaxing. Totally worth the price! If you like the puzzles in The Witness you will love this game. I hope the team adds more levels!!
If you've ever played puzzle games like Hook or ELOH you'll love Yarne. The sound design is great and adds to the casual yet complex feel of the game. The design is fluid and iconography intuitive. On hard levels I never felt frustrated with the game or its design but rather my own ability to solve its problems. For $3 this is an easy pick up for any puzzle fan.
Yarne is a game with addicting puzzles that are veiled in simplicity. I found myself staring at puzzles but not being upset or bored. The palettes serve as a nice progression system too- beautiful colors!
I love how elegant this game is. No need for long tutorials, you just play and learn. It's a great game to pick up, solve a few puzzles and take a break if you get stuck. Will definitely be revisiting frequently!
