Вышла давным‑давно, и сейчас смотрится как раритет из эпохи, когда графика «в кубиках» считалась нормой. Управление будто из прошлого века: машина то скользит по воздуху, то вдруг цепляется за каждую кочку - ощущения от езды больше смешные, чем реалистичные. Трассы есть разные, но однообразные, а спустя пару часов уже зеваешь от предсказуемости поворотов. Физика поведения авто порой вызывает не азарт, а смех: прыгнул на трамплине - улетел в кусты, попытался затормозить - развернуло на 360 градусов. Да, для своего времени это, может, и был шаг вперёд, но сегодня игра выглядит как музейный экспонат - любопытно глянуть, но всерьёз играть не тянет. И если этот обзор наберёт 50 лайков и 10 наград - куплю все дополнения и сыграю 100 часов. Улучшу значок до 5 уровня и схожу в монастырь помолиться за разрабов…

Купи и наслаждайся. Если конечно ты фанат гонок.

Old-school rally game, somewhat better than the first, but that's mostly visual. Play only if bored with Dirt Rally 2 or newer, and need something simple. If you don't, just skip it, it not worth much time as it has no controller support, and the keyboard is not precise enough.

[h1][b]Little to no improvements over the first game[/b][/h1] [b]Xpand Rally Xtreme[/b] feels more like a DLC to the first entry than a proper new game. All the systems, mechanics and UI are the exact same, the things that change are new cars, maps and also two additional modes to the game that you can unlock but it still lacks needed improvements over the last game. The car handling still feels the same making you feel as if you're driving on an ice skate rather than a proper road, this is better with the Simulation handling but it still doesn't feel as intuitive as it should. You start out with much faster cars than the cars you would start out with in the previous game which arguably makes it a lot easier to win at least the first few races, but that means if you haven't played the first game and are not used to the car handling you will be crashing into trees quite a bit. Put it simply if you enjoyed the first game you will probably enjoy this one as well, but don't expect too much from it and same as with the last one wait for a sale.
