A pretty fun game but difficult as well. Here's what I think the developer needs to do to turn good game into a great one:- Make the mouse pointer/crosshair more visible. It's often hard to see where you're aiming.- A bit more work on the ship movement and physics. The old 16-bit game Comet Busters got this right.- Difficulty levels.- Ability to remap controls or use more of the keyboard. For example, to set up a drone you need to click in the bottom right of the screen which is tough when in battle. Instead it would be good to use say Q on the keyboard to activate drone placement mode.- Another one would be the enhancements: press space to activate enhancements mode, then press 1, 2 or 3 to activate the top, middle or bottom enhancement.- Ability to zoom out or at least have a radar (long-range sensors enhancement?) to see where the aliens are coming from. - Ability to choose a different ship with different stats at the start of the game, maybe the other ships have weapons that reload quicker, or more acceleration, or higher top speed or can turn more quickly or whatever. This is a cool game with lots of potential. The improvements above would take it to the next level.
Would be great if you had better steering control with a gamepad.

Very nice little game, difficult though. You need to be very careful which weapons you pick as not all of them are better than the default one. If you want to survive, save up the enhancements and make sure you place the gun turrets as soon as possible. If you like 2d defense shooters and want a challenge then this game might be something for you.
