Availability
We put this game to every storefront we collect. A market that answered not sold has told us something about the game; a market we never asked has not, and the two are never drawn the same.
Discounts
Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.
About
Join the fight and command your worm warriors into battle in the iconic 2D arcade artillery shooter where serious strategy and silly weaponry decide who swims or sinks.
Unleash tactical, turn-based total chaos in gloriously hand-drawn artillery battlegrounds. Arm your invertebrate platoons with a massive arsenal, command heavy machinery, and use the landscape to your advantage. Outsmart your rivals, blow enormous holes in their plans — and preferably the ground beneath them — to blast them off the map and be the last worms standing.
Ready your Holy Hand Grenade, round up the Super Sheep and prepare to drop the Concrete Donkey. Blast your way through 30 campaign levels with over 80 weapons & utilities at your fingertips. Take the high ground, tunnel to safety, set the perfect trap — or forget the plan entirely and reach for the explosives.
Worms W.M.D comes locked, loaded and stuffed with ways to wage war. Hone your skills in Training Missions, take on the Campaign and tackle Challenges solo. Train up then head online to wreak havoc in multiplayer modes and take on up to five opponents in hilarious all-out tactical combat in local, online or ranked play.
Form alliances. Break alliances. Accidentally bazooka yourself into the sea. Whatever happens, make sure your worms are the last ones standing.

14 on sale1 answered “not sold”0 we did not ask
The 1 “not sold” market is read from the Steam price pass of Sep 12: that day the store answered for this game elsewhere and gave no price there. The 14 priced markets are the same rows as the table above — each the latest price we hold, dated here when it is older than that pass. The 0 marked “not asked” were not put to this store at all — either it has no storefront there or we do not collect it yet, and neither is a statement about the game. A refusal is a refusal on one day; a store can list a title again tomorrow.
Reviews, worldwide (the counter carries no country): 3.14/day in the week to Jul 30 → 2.57/day in the week after.
For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 24 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 9 places towards #1, and the 2,404 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

this is the greatest game i have ever played
Worms W.M.D is everything a longtime Worms fan could have hoped for—a triumphant return to the series' classic roots while introducing enough new ideas to keep the formula feeling fresh nearly three decades after its debut. From the very first turn, it becomes clear that this isn't just another entry in the franchise. Worms W.M.D perfectly captures the chaotic charm, tactical depth, and laugh-out-loud moments that made the series a household name. Whether you're launching a perfectly timed Holy Hand Grenade or accidentally sending your own worm into the water with a misplaced Bazooka shot, every match creates stories you'll be talking about long after it's over. The addition of vehicles, mounted weapons, and buildings is one of the game's biggest surprises. Tanks, helicopters, and mechs add a new layer of strategy without compromising the classic Worms experience. Likewise, being able to enter structures for protection creates entirely new tactical opportunities, forcing players to think differently about positioning and map control. Visually, Worms W.M.D strikes an excellent balance between nostalgia and modernization. The hand-drawn environments are packed with personality, and the animations bring the battlefield to life in ways that feel both familiar and new. Combined with the iconic sound effects and humorous voice packs, every match feels unmistakably Worms. What has always made the series special is its ability to blend strategy with absolute chaos, and Worms W.M.D may be the best example of that balance. One moment you're carefully calculating wind direction and weapon trajectories like a military strategist, and the next you're watching an entire landscape collapse because someone thought deploying a Concrete Donkey was a good idea. The weapon variety remains one of the game's strongest features. Returning favorites sit alongside new additions, ensuring that every turn presents multiple possibilities. Mastering the arsenal takes time, but that's part of the appeal. There's a unique satisfaction in landing the perfect Ninja Rope maneuver or pulling off an impossible trick shot under pressure. Multiplayer is where Worms W.M.D truly shines. Whether you're playing locally with friends or battling opponents online, the game consistently delivers memorable moments. Few games can transform a friendly gathering into a chaotic battlefield filled with laughter, revenge, and dramatic last-second victories quite like Worms. Even the single-player content deserves praise. The campaign and challenges do a great job of introducing mechanics while offering enough variety to remain entertaining. While the AI occasionally has its quirks, it provides a respectable challenge and serves as a solid training ground before jumping into multiplayer. Most importantly, Worms W.M.D understands what made the franchise successful in the first place. It doesn't abandon its identity in pursuit of trends—it embraces it. The result is arguably one of the strongest entries the series has ever produced. In an era where many classic franchises struggle to evolve, Worms W.M.D proves that sometimes all you need is a great foundation, a few clever additions, and a healthy dose of exploding sheep. **Verdict:** Worms W.M.D is a fantastic blend of strategy, chaos, and nostalgia. Whether you're a veteran commander returning to the battlefield or a newcomer discovering the series for the first time, this is an experience that delivers endless entertainment. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 9.5/10 – *"War never changes… but adding a tank to it certainly helps."* I hope this review has been helpful.
