Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.
Reviews, worldwide (the counter carries no country): 0.29/day in the week to Aug 18 → 0.43/day in the week after.
For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 25 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 10 places towards #1, and the 2,413 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

Pinball licensing is a blessing and a curse. Without the Worms IP this would probably have one-tenth as many reviews, but they would all be positive. I played the Worms games back when using a home computer was considered a hobby. I didn't find them particularly interesting or fun (I preferred Lemmings), and I would never buy any of them. Similarly I don't expect most people buying a bundle of Worms games to enjoy or even understand pinball in 2025 (whereas in 1998, far more (adult) people could be expected to have played pinball than to have used a home computer). If you are a pinballer, however, you can expect to get between 2 and 2000 hours of quality joy from this table, just like any other fun and well made (virtual) machine, and at $2 on sale it costs less than a single credit at an arcade. There are plenty of interesting things to do, reasonably good (if quirky) physics, separate local leaderboards for different difficulties, and a tournament mode. It's technologically comparable to the contemporaneous Pro Pinball (e.g. Timeshock!) series. It doesn't quite reach those heights, but it's in the ballpark as a satisfying pinball simulation, rather than a shallow cash grab. Sure, it's an old game, but with marginal effort you can pick (and tweak) a shared Steam controller layout and, if you squint, it will feel surprisingly close to playing on modern platforms like Pinball FX or Zaccaria, minus the high resolution, online features, achievements and superfluous modes. The table design here is arguably just as good or better than some of the less successful tables on those platforms. The transparent centered DMD seems like a terrible choice until you get used to it and then you may find you wish the option were available in all pinball games. Worth full price if you are an aficionado of (virtual) pinball and know what to expect from games of the era.

Worms Pinball is a curious relic from an era when PC pinball games were common and branded spin-offs were treated as playful experiments rather than full productions. Developed and published by Team17 Digital Ltd, it attempts to blend the tactile satisfaction of a physical pinball table with the humor and charm of the Worms franchise. The result is a single, self-contained table packed with gadgets, ramps, traps, and animated elements inspired by the chaotic warfare of the original Worms games. There’s no story or progression — just the classic loop of launching the ball, keeping it in play, triggering multiballs, and chasing high scores. What gives the game personality is the way the table incorporates the franchise’s absurd tone: little worms pop up, gadgets whir to life, and hazards explode in miniature, creating a lively sense of motion even within the limited format of a digital pinball board. The physics and mechanical feel of the table are surprisingly polished for a game of its age. The ball behaves with appropriate weight and momentum, reacting predictably to ramps, flippers, bumpers, and magnetic traps. Shots that require precision feel satisfying when executed correctly, and the more chaotic multiball sections — where up to six balls can fly across the board at once — inject a burst of excitement that keeps the pace lively. The lighting effects, reflective surfaces, and animated scoreboard sequences help create the illusion of a physical space, giving players the sensation of playing a real pinball machine rather than a flat digital simulation. For fans of older arcade titles, this authenticity goes a long way toward establishing the game’s charm. The table itself is designed to offer a variety of objectives and scoring opportunities. There are ramps that trigger combo chains, hidden modes activated by specific sequences, subscreens that display Worms-style animated interludes, and multiple scoring tiers that encourage high-level play. These features give the table more depth than one might expect from a brand spin-off, and players who enjoy squeezing every point from a pinball machine can find a surprising amount to master. The Worms theme helps keep the action lively: explosives go off when the ball hits certain triggers, mechanical contraptions animate during score bonuses, and familiar sound effects enhance the sense of chaotic fun. But for all its small strengths, Worms Pinball is also a game with strict limitations, and those limitations become obvious quickly. There is only one table, and no matter how dynamic or busy that table may be, its novelty eventually wears thin. Once you’ve learned the optimal scoring routes and mastered the layout, the game becomes a pure high-score challenge with little else to discover. Modern pinball collections offer dozens of tables with unique mechanics and evolving objectives, so Worms Pinball can feel starkly limited by comparison. The game also lacks quality-of-life features common to more robust pinball sims, such as adjustable table nudging, customizable camera angles, or detailed shot analysis. These omissions don’t break the experience, but they do cap its long-term appeal. The simplicity of the package means that enjoyment hinges almost entirely on nostalgia and tolerance for repetition. Fans of the Worms franchise may find charm in the audio cues, silly animations, and classic Team17 humor woven into the table’s design. Those who simply want a quick, lighthearted pinball distraction may also find it enjoyable in short sessions. However, players seeking deeper variety, modern features, or a collection of tables to rotate through will likely feel that the experience runs out of steam long before they do. The game’s age also shows in its visuals and interface, both of which feel functional but dated. Still, Worms Pinball succeeds at what it aims to be: a simple, engaging, unexpectedly polished pinball experience wrapped in a coat of Worms-style absurdity. It’s not expansive, and it’s not designed for extended play, but for a brief arcade-style diversion, it delivers a surprising amount of charm. It remains most appealing to fans of retro PC gaming, pinball enthusiasts who don’t mind revisiting older titles, and players with an existing fondness for the Worms universe. For anyone else, it’s a short, amusing novelty — but for its niche audience, it still has enough personality and mechanical solidity to provide a burst of nostalgic fun. Rating: 5/10
Meh. It's pinball. I enjoy pinball, but I'm not a big enough fan to tell you if it's a good table or not It has worms SFX so that's fun I'd give it a 👍 if you could adjust the volume
Cheers...all'intramontabile fascino del flipper.
As expected, a very outdated game. Too outdated, too boring
