World Mahjong

This game is badly in need of a review of the English translations by a native or skilled speaker. The text is virtually unreadable in English. Added to other reviewers, I can't recommend it at the "free" price tag.

One of the very direct and simplified online Mahjong games encountered. No nonsense or hassle in finding a game on Steam. Two types of traditional Mahjong game, ofthe Chinese ( with Joker ) and the Japanese ( Riichi ) style. Had played the game on my phone and tablets on and off the recent year. Steam platform and the Google accounts don't relate, the difference in ' no ads ' or repetitive ' free money from watching ' on the android version. Logically, the mobile version would be more convenient for ' freebies '. Games are always ongoing, as Computer NPC plays and replaced if any new users pops onto the table for the queue. Without needing to sit for entire Wind of the game, players can leave anytime they pleased during or after a hand. Mahjong, four players, always isn't easy being the Winner, odds just isn't there, but often one might find, other's tiles are just supernatural well for consecutive hands, sweeping off everyone's credits. Still very much prefer the traditional Chinese style, without Jokers, as it speeds up the hand to much and ruins Tile Safety, forced to try to play as much the Japanese game, since its more tactical. Decent time waster, Mahjong, can be addictive.

Hanchan? What's that? Is it tasty? This has only single hands… Stay away.

This is among the best Mahjong games here on Steam, for both Chinese and Riichi players. Lots of fun missions to do, I really liked that, and also the jokers. Also easy to keep track of hands with the in game yaku / title list, great design of the interface! (Though could use a little better translation some places for English speakers) All in all I hope the devs can keep the online multiplayer going for many many years to come!
