[h1] Experienced on the Oculus Rift with Touch Controllers [/h1] Have you ever wondered what would happen if Skyrim and Black Flag were mixed together with mostly dreams and a low shoe-string budget and released to VR? Well, no need to wonder any longer. This is the game that answers that question. So is the game so bad that it's bad or is it so bad that it's good? It's closer to good than bad actually. This game is ambitious if nothing else. There's totally epic moments (as long as you use your imagination) like when a dragon appears from the sky as you're sailing the open seas. You land on an island where a wench asks you to come inside her establishment. You get ideas in your head. Where is this going? Am I going up to her room? No, you get a quest to try some jousting. So you get a view of being on a horse and a knight's armored helmet on your head as your horse automatically gallops you towards your opponent. You reach out and aim for his head via mostly gaze aim although somehow the touch controllers play a role. I was confused by the whole thing. Needless to say, I easily won gold off that deal. Then you visit a Wolf king who asks you to free the slaves. So you sail north and go to another island that looks almost exactly the same as the first one. Except this one has chickens/roosters instead of sheep roaming around. You notice the day and night cycle that looks like the world is spinning around in minutes. It rains a lot in this world. You go again to the wench who must have twin sisters all around. You get another quest except this time you're throwing spears at Orcs. You finally get enough gold by bartering goods with the local merchant. Then you're off to buy and free slaves, when you run into pirates out in the open sea. Good thing you bought some cannonballs .... so you can shoot and blow through your gold as the pirates take more of yours. Good thing that you can also pound swords and make some gold slowly but surely. Are there more quests / adventures to be had? I don't know but a lot of stuff already repeated itself. I'm sure the quest to free slaves goes somewhere if you can avoid losing all your gold to the pirates. This game had some genuinely fun moments for me, mixed with moments of sheer frustration and despair. I only paid $4 so I think i got my money's worth (bargain deal if you have bought this dev's other games). Yeah, I have bought all his other games. This one is actually his best one. The rest are pretty bad (except renzo racer if you can find it under .50 cents) Rate 6/10. It could potentially be really good, like seriously epic. But hey, even now, it's so bad that it's good. Especially if you can get it at $4 (4.16 to be precise) like I did. I would give it a 5/10 at the current normal sale price of $10.

It is ambitious but too ambitious, it's a big game operating on a minuscule budget. It's that game we played at school on one of the 6 desktops we had in a securely locked room. The game was a text based game on the dos operating system buying and selling opium in the South China Sea. It's that game in VR without the drugs but with a similar barebones approach. I'm only at the very start and will update the review as I go, right now it's a not recommended due to graphics and it crashed twice on leaving the market. Also one of those annoying has to exit VR, exit steam as it won't exit properly games that are starting to annoy the ♥♥♥♥ out of me. This review may change after more time in Wonfourn.

Was für ein Schrott. Schon das Hauptmenü funktioniert nicht. Meine Oculus Touch Controller werden zwar getrackt, aber die rechte Hand macht nur selbstständige, willkürliche Bewegungen. Man kann zwar auf den Start-Button zeigen, jedoch hat hier keine einzige Taste eine Funktion.

Shoddy mini-games masking shallow gameplay.

Couldn't even get game to start at first on Oculus Rift. Get to a menu and can't select tutorial or anything. Hold trigger for a few seconds, on release will select. Then it took about 60 seconds to see ocean and ship in VR. Raising my hands to take of the HMD might have triggered something. I sailed around an island, felt woozy sea sickness. Another piece of India Gala bundle junk. Played 5 minutes most of which was trying to get it to work and mostly so I could write this review and warn others to save their money. I'm done w/ Indie Gala.

Not sure what game I just played, but it didn’t match the sword and sorcery demo. This game is pretty, but I spent my time on the sea, going to and fro, triggering NPCs to sell wares or offer hints. It’s a little buggy at the moment, sometimes the shopkeeprs just loop dialogue, and after selling my fruit and loading up with cannonballs I could go no further. Honestly the best game I’ve seen this company do so far in regards to having some pretty elements, but I didn’t get into a single fight or go into a single bar. Maybe that’s further in or a different campaign. But I got it for free in a bundle. I’d say use your judgment. It’s pretty in parts but there is no turning around on land, only at sea. Which was annoying as you are on land to trade, etc. Right now if you can accept all the towns and people being twins of one another it’s good for those into trade games. Keep in mind it needs a ton of work. Sailing is a nightmare and if I had met pirates I’d have likely rammed them from poor controls. And it can be buggy, having assigned the map to the trigger then the same trigger to speeding up your ship? Yeah, not a good idea and often the map popped up and would not go away for a while. So it needs some prettying up and some love to those controls, but it’s one of the nicest looking entries from this developer.

No compreis este juego si teneis un Visor VR HTC vive, marea, esta plagado de bug, y es irritante. Una compra recomendable para tu mayor enemigo como regalo. Con oculus ni idea si ira bien.
