Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.
Reviews, worldwide (the counter carries no country): 1.29/day in the week to Aug 23 → 1.43/day in the week after.
For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 26 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 7 places towards #1, and the 2,402 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

bad
That's real unsettling

THRILLER... I appreciate the artist!
Played on Steam Deck, it played well. The art style is really unique. I will say...I liked it but didn't love it, probably because of the ending. I love Indie games and endings like "...and Roger" or "Florence" didn't have happy endings, but they stick with you forever and they are very beautiful even though they are sad. Like those games, this ending also wasn't a "good" ending but it also more bleak than I was prepared for. Wasn't crazy about that, but it played well and the Grizzly Bear part was very well done. I recommend if it's on sale and you are prepared for a not satisfactory ending, although now that I think about it, I will remember the ending because I didn't like it.
Without a Dawn is a masterclass in minimalism and dread. Ignoring recent trends of Lovecraftian horror, this experience functions as a genuinely Ligottian exploration of a mind unspooling into the abyss. Defying modern high-fidelity distractions, this text-driven experience embraces pure philosophical pessimism. It leverages a stark layout to force the mind to build its own horrors, understanding a fundamental law of dark fiction: nothing rendered on a screen can match the terror your own imagination constructs in the pitch-black spaces between lines of code. The game's power lies in its ASCII-inspired aesthetic, which function as an active participant in a narrative evoking the quiet, creeping malice of Thomas Ligotti's best work. Coupled with the illusory-choice-mechanics of a visual novel, this oppressive monochrome setting systematically strips away the illusion of free will, transforming one's "progression" into a psychological test where one cannot help but feel like a mere marionette trapped in purgatory.
