Within a Rose

Its a fun read. I have 100 percent content completed in the game and i have 4.8 hours into it. Characters are relateable and the dialouge is interesting. Maybe a rerelease with updated visuals would be great. Its got that "devientart" vibe to it if you have ever looked at sonic fan art or generic anime character on devientart. There is some Eye Candy, but its very low for this kind of thing. Plot is worth a read and figuring out the different scenarios is enjoyable too.

Очередная вариация на тему сказки о "спящей красавице". Довольно впрочем неожиданная, поскольку речь пойдет не совсем о спящей красавице, да и события развиваются совсем иначе, чем в оригинале. Небольшая приятная и милая визуалка с выборами, влияющими на концовку (хотя выборы будут в большей степени касаться отношений с девушками). Цена небольшая (особенно по скидке), так что любителям визуалок рекомендую попробовать.

So... the basis of this game is the the story of "Sleeping Beauty" was a little embellished. Rose was only unconscious for a few hours. However, this leads to the dark fairy who cursed her to be captured in a rose. Hundreds of years later, Rose's descendant accidentally releases said dark fairy, named Desdemona, and she... takes a liking to him. The stories (at least the good endings) are sweet actually, and there is a bit of backstory that can help to explain the emnity between the royal family and Desdemona. Good read, and I would recommend.

Muy buen juego. - Tiene muy buena historia. La historia engancha hasta el final y es muy bonita. - Personajes con un buen trasfondo. - Diálogos interesantes. - Muy buena música. - Arte y CG muy bueno. - Tiene un buen número de decisiones y con peso. - Unas 4 horas en primera ruta. Totalmente recomendado.

I give my review on this game. The game is short but will give you some interestings plot story. The story of the game it self is really interestings, the only problem is the writing, some time it's really too fast and not let the player put their mind totally into it, it's "too fast" at some part or "too sudden" but the game is good in one aspect is that most event occur are good and have a reason to be there so we don't lack lot of time with useless things, the game go streight to the plot which can be a really good things for people who like fast story. The art is not "high end" it's a indie game with short budget so it's normal that drawing will be affect. but the drawing are made in a lovely way so even if they don't look high end like most standar of today you can't denied it that they have some charms to it. For the main heroine, she is really interestings since she had an interestings plot. Music is really good over all the game is great for people who don't want to spend crazy time, it's a little lovely story which people who like to play visual novel time to time will love. My rating is 14.5/10 if we take in mind the short budget of the game, there is some really good plot in the story which you don't really think it will come, it's just so sad that the writing is not lot of more detailled for make the player more into the game and be lot of less "streight". Hope people will support the game for let them able to make better game !

I'm not entirely certain why there should be an age warning on this one, apart from the fact that it touches upon some mature themes [spoiler]including but not limited to, of all things, genocide[/spoiler]. The story is often amusing and contains some interesting discussion points - I found it surprisingly mature and (perhaps misleadingly!) pure-hearted. The art is pleasing, as is the soundtrack. The characters are generally likeable, although one of them is a tad immature (by design). It reads well, is highly enjoyable - happily it's not much like the fairy tale - and from time to time I swear someone must have been cutting up onions nearby... Most importantly, it was written with heart. It gets 1.5 thumbs from me. Well done guys - keep it up! [spoiler]Hooray for me - I can add spoiler notes now![/spoiler]

It was a wonderful VN with an interesting story. Desdemona's past is quite sad but I'm glad she has 2 routes with a happy ending.

Just bad. Bad art, bad music, bad writing. Don't waste your time.
