The game is still in the early stages of development, but there is already a monthly subscription. The content that is actually free is not that much and according to the latest update, it will stay the same. The content that is coming in the future, will cost you 5 $ / month and knowing there are only two developers, those months will be really slow, so more money for them in the long run. So basically this game is a free trial for something you will have to pay for if you like it.
the game is okay , can have potential in a couple of years but for now the content is very limited and fast to go trough . for me the problem is they added a subscription for an unfinished game with no quest system yet and less then 20 hours of content .

game is temu runescape, quests are locked behind a membership which is stupidly scummy considering the lack of content in the game to begin with, you have the ability to hone your skills through crafting and cooking and fishing and mining and smithing, but then also have 6 combat skills to level up 2 for each weapon which there are only 3 weapon types available, melee, ranged, and magic, pretty much, a sword, a bow, and a wand, also the only boots in the entire game is a pair of leather boots that you can buy at the beginning of the game which is a part of the leather armor set for ranged users, horribly developed game and already asking for peoples wallets when there is clearly no effort put into the game at all
Seriously... Ive been playing this game for almost 60 hours... yeah enjoyed it since its great like runescape game... but bro... the world ? I mean even poor minded imbecile can make that in a few hours, and asking for membership... I was like ok cool lets go, let me check the new content. Content - well now you have a city unlocked... ok anything else ? Yeah... vials and carps... thats it ? Yeah no... you also have a vote... VOTE ??? Yeah... well... nah thanks... greedy developers and "best 5 euro" I have ever spent in my entire life... sorry but thats just retarded
let me start by saying the base game is a buggy, broken, unoptimized mess. It is not in any state to be requesting money from people. Let alone asking for us to pay a subscription. THAT BEING SAID! The new membership features with no option of buying to play for good is just one more subscription I will NOT be adding to my ALREADY BIG ENOUGH LIST. My guys, I get it's 5 dollars but do you understand how TIRESOME managing subscriptions becomes? Game pass, discord, wow, runescape, spotify, etc. Whatever your flavor, and now just one more monthly charge? Add payment options for the incremental content updates. Don't try so hard to be runescape, because if you try making people like me choose between one sub or another most are not even going to give you a chance.
Lacks content and are now locking future content behind a membership subscription. big oof.
This bu||sh|t game won't connect to the server.
Game lacks enough content to justify the recent addition of a membership subscription. Dev could have set up a supporter pack on the store page to the same effect but decided to go the scummy route instead.
Subscribe to beta test, do not recommend right now.
Two devs. Old school grind, a proper grind. If you don't like the game you probably require spoonfeeding, are stupid, and a terrible person.
