About
The Wild West during the prime of the Gold Rush. The year is 1850. It was an offer you couldn’t refuse: Take over a prosperous General Store on the main street of a thriving town. What they forgot to mention: The store is a mere shadow of its former self in the middle of a ghost town. After the Gold was gone, so were most of the people. But you want to live the American Dream. And no one can stop you.
Show your business acumen and iron will to make it to the top. Start stacking shelves, set prices in an ever changing business environment and take care of the supply of goods. Make sure your customers’ evolving needs are satisfied and hire helpers so you can focus on optimizing your profits.
Did we mention that you can also show your skills as an interior designer when you paint and decorate not only your store but also your home overlooking the town from a hill?
You have control over every store element from shelves to interior design. Optimize your displays, so your customers have a pleasant and wholesome shopping experience in your general store and find what they are looking for. A happy customer will be a returning customer. Can you bring back life to the deserted ghost town?
Order your stock from over 70 goods from food items to weapons, tools and furniture. Barter with suppliers and wandering traders in an ever changing economic environment, where supply and demand is in constant flow. Adjust your prices to maximize the profits and react to changing markets and base prices. But don’t overdo it - a lost customer might never return.
Unpack goods, stack the shelves and organize your storage space. Work the cash register and make sure that the customer gets the best service possible. Or hire helpers to help with the daily business.
More is definitely more. Satisfied customers bring more business and a demand for more varied goods. So expand your property or build a second floor to display everything you have to offer.
Increase product variety and attract more patrons. React to a multitude of events influencing your customers’ needs and shopping behavior.
Participate in fun mini-games like the Tomahawk Throwing Contest. Take on the leaderboards and unlock new licences for your shop.
From time to time suppliers old and new might offer you a mystery box that can contain a wide variety of items or an extended amount of goods. The contents can bring a tremendous profit - if you are willing to take a risk.
You are not only responsible for the interior of the shop. Overlooking the town from a hill is your house, just waiting to be personalized and decorated.

Zdecydowanie TAK. W mojej ocenie 7/10.
If you've ever wanted to know what it feels like to watch paint dry in the year 1850, Wild West Supermarket Simulator is the game for you. The initial novelty of throwing cans of beans onto shelves wears off instantly, leaving you with a boring, repetitive grind that goes absolutely nowhere. There is practically zero depth or content here, and the clunky controls and empty world make the entire experience feel entirely abandoned. It has all the hallmarks of lazy, forgotten abandonware that got shoved out of the door just to grab a quick buck from simulator fans.

Wild West Supermarket Simulator from SunDust and Toplitz Productions takes a familiar retail management formula and reframes it in a dusty frontier town where survival and success feel a bit more personal. Rather than operating a sleek modern grocery chain, you’re rebuilding a struggling general store during the Gold Rush era, and that shift in setting does more than just change the visuals—it subtly reshapes the tone of the entire experience. There’s a sense of starting from nothing, of carving out a livelihood in a harsh environment, that gives the game a more grounded and hands-on appeal compared to many other simulators in the same space. The gameplay loop is built around direct involvement, and that’s where the game finds much of its identity. You’re not just managing numbers on a screen—you’re physically stocking shelves, carrying goods, arranging displays, and ringing up customers. Early on, this level of interaction creates a strong connection to the store, making every small upgrade feel meaningful. Expanding inventory, reorganizing layouts, and gradually improving efficiency all contribute to a tangible sense of progress. Over time, as you hire workers and automate certain tasks, the experience transitions into a more traditional management structure, but it never fully loses that hands-on foundation. A notable strength lies in the economic system, which introduces just enough variability to keep decision-making interesting. Prices aren’t static, and players must constantly balance profitability against customer satisfaction. Setting prices too high can drive customers away, while undercutting too much eats into your margins. The range of products available—spanning everyday essentials to more specialized goods—adds variety and forces players to think about demand and inventory in a more dynamic way. Occasional external pressures, such as supply fluctuations, reinforce the idea that this is a living system rather than a fixed loop. Progression is tied not only to the store itself but also to the broader town, which slowly comes back to life as your business grows. This adds a layer of context that many simulators lack, giving your actions a sense of purpose beyond simple expansion. Unlocking new areas, increasing customer flow, and enhancing the overall environment helps the experience feel cohesive, as if your success is contributing to something larger than just profit accumulation. It’s a subtle feature, but one that makes the game world feel more connected. Customization plays a significant role as well, offering players the freedom to shape both the function and appearance of their store. Rearranging shelves, choosing decorations, and optimizing space allows for a blend of creativity and efficiency. The addition of a personal living space that can also be customized adds a more personal touch, reinforcing the idea that you’re not just running a business, but building a life within this frontier setting. To keep the pacing from becoming too repetitive, the game introduces smaller side activities and light risk-reward mechanics. These diversions don’t drastically change the core loop, but they add enough variation to break up longer sessions. Moments of unpredictability—whether from chance-based rewards or shifting market conditions—help prevent the experience from feeling entirely mechanical, even if these elements remain relatively simple. That said, the game’s Early Access status is evident. While the foundation is solid, there are areas where the experience feels unfinished. Technical issues occasionally disrupt the flow, and some systems lack the depth needed to sustain long-term engagement. After the initial growth phase, the gameplay can start to feel repetitive, with fewer meaningful changes to how you approach management. The framework is clearly in place for a deeper simulation, but it hasn’t fully reached that potential yet. Even with those shortcomings, Wild West Supermarket Simulator manages to stand out thanks to its distinct setting and commitment to a more immersive, hands-on style of play. It captures the satisfaction of building something from the ground up, blending routine tasks with incremental growth in a way that remains engaging for a good stretch of time. While it may not yet deliver the depth or polish of more established management sims, it offers enough charm and structure to make it worthwhile, especially for players who enjoy gradual progression and creative control. Rating: 7/10
