Whisker Waters

Game has been abandoned. As it is, it's okay, but it seriously needed polish. There are bugs, the camera movements are janky, the open world feels empty. The character customisation is a bit buggy too -- it would not let me change the colour of my cat's eyes, reverting the change no matter what I did. The whole thing reminds me of those cheap Nintendo DS games young me used to fall for (Like Catz and the Sims 2 spin-offs) which give off an illusion of having more content than they actually do. The fishing minigames are not especially well explained and there are a lot of them, which can make it hard to remember what to do for each one. Luckily, the cozy game market is pretty well saturated, so you'll be able to find something else to scratch the itch. Unless you're really, really desperate to be a cat fisherman then wait for a sale. It's a shame the dev decided not to stick with this, with some polish this could have been quite good.

Alguém precisa urgentemente consertar as câmera desse jogo.... Nunca tive uma dor de cabeça tão rápido com um jogo na minha vida.... Sobre o resto do jogo eu não sei, pq tava passando mal XD

The game is very fun and the style is fantastically inventive. I love the story and the gameplay. The ca,era is a little wonky but I have faith that it'll be worked on and easier to use soon.

I honestly thought this game was well done, it could use some polish but I'm having a very good time with it despite the negative reviews

Sehr schönes Spiel,es speichert leider nicht immer ab. Da es öfters vorkommt, dass die Katze"hängen"bleibt ist es mit der Zeit nervig wenn man einige Schritte immer und immer wieder wiederholen muss. Von der Handlung ein gelungenes Spiel.Ich liebe Katzen und daher bekommt es eine Chance und werde es trotzdem behalten Es ist erst auf den Markt gekommen und mal sollte dem Entwickler die Chance geben dass er die Fehler behebt.

I really wanted to love this game and there are a ton of good elements to it like customizing your cat character, the graphics are adorable and the towns are cute. BUT there's also a ton of stuff that need fixing. I LOVE cats and I LOVE fishing games so cats + fishing = good time. Unfortunately I found the fishing to be tedious rather than fun. The fishing in itself is a minigame but then they added a ton of minigames inside the minigame which was just frustrating in my opinion. On top of this the camera is pretty wonky especially when you're close to rocks/mountains/buildings. Overall I liked the game, I can't really form a proper opinion until I've finished the game, which I don't think I will in a long while.

cute game ,but so annoying to play. reeling your fish in is annoying by itself, as the cam jumps behind you, making the reeling UI at the fish smaller and smaller as the fish moves away, making working with it very very hard. if you want a game that looks cute, but will make you mad, this game do the job.

Идея неплохая...... к сожалению - техническая реализация - отстой. Оптимизация - ужас. Камера - как пьяная. С цветовой гаммой (а может с шейдерами) что то не так - все выглядит каким то тусклым и унылым (особенно в первом городе). + Игра зависает "в черный экран" подвешивая всю систему.

its a cute cat game, where you run around and fish. its pretty much what i was expecting when i saw trailer for it. most of the bad reviews are from people who barely played 20 minutes and didn't finish the tutorial. the game could use some big quality of life changes for sure, the camera is rough and some minor "buggy" issues with combat and animations. not a bad game like the review bombs are making it out to be. if you want a silly cat game sure get it and you can refund it if you dont like it!

Das Game macht am Anfang durch sein Angel Minispiel mit mehreren kleinen Aufgaben Spaß, aber sobald man ins erste Dorf kommt, bricht die Performance ein, trotz niedriger Einstellung. Die FPS brechen stark von 100 auf einmal auf ca. 45 ein, der Charakter bewegt sich im Sekundentakt auf einmal nur noch mit halber Geschwindigkeit. Das Spiel ist nun wirklich keine Grafik bombe, bei der man nun wirklich nicht eine moderne Grafikkarte brauchen sollte. Das Kampfsystem, ist zumindest bei meinem jetzigen Stand sehr simpel gehalten. Man darf nicht getroffen werden und es gibt nur eine Art des Angriffs. Deswegen gebe ich dazu keine Wertung ab, da es sich vielleicht im späteren Verlauf des Spiels ändern könnte. Die Probleme verderben mir leider den Spielspaß und so muss ich leider sagen, dass ich das Spiel noch nicht Empfehlen kann. Das ist sehr schade, denn ich habe mich auf ein entspanntes Spiel mit ein wenig Kämpfen als Kätzchen sehr gefreut. Meine Specs: Intel i7 10700K 32 GB DDR4 RAM NVIDIA RTX 3060 12 GB
