Like their other game, a waste of money. I played on a quest with link. Controls hardly work. Nothing is intuitive. Buy Gun Cluhb or H3VR or anything else. Like, seriously. Please don't buy shovelware. Please stop releasing shovelware. Hope I get my money back. It wasn't even worth the sale price.
Watch my video here https://youtu.be/6QEjrYcMn9M Played on the Oculus Rift S via Steam. (Also I tried the Index Controllers and they worked) Graphics isn't amazing, but good enough for a game with a price this low. It's still nice and sharp in both the Rift S or Cosmos Elite. Scaling is way off and this pulls you out of the immersion... Unless you pretend you're a child putting together deadly weapons for a science project. Audio is okay most of the time. The rifle shots sound weak. And why does my drill sound like a welder? Spatial sound is good enough. Gameplay is fun and making bad ass rifles is interesting. The scaling is so bad for me it was hard to keep enjoying the game. When you have bought your rifle parts or accessories and welded or drilled them on, you are set to test them on two of the gun ranges you are provided. The ranges have a timer. It's short and you have to take down as many targets as you can to gain dollars so you can buy more parts. At best with my starting rifle I had made, I could only make at most $20 and that pretty fore-grip would cost my $176. That was the cheapest one too. The others started at $300 plus. So grinding in the ranges for dollars is needed, but after that it's back to welding another new part onto your bad ass rifle. Overall the game is very cheap £6 ($7 ish) and what you get to do in the game sounds to me the developer has priced it right. It's hard for me to recommend the game with this bad scaling so I'm not going to. Maybe the dev could fix it and then I will change my firsts impressions to recommended instead. Even then the game could do with more content and ranges (with longer times to enjoy shooting).

Warning: Asset Flip!
Weapons Genius VR is an asset flip, what Valve calls a "fake game". The "developer", Droid Riot/Trinity Project, took the Darktree FPS 1.4 game assets from the real developers, HabTeam, changed the name, and dumped the result onto Steam. They're attempting to scam people into buying this, so they can get your money for someone else's work. It gets worse... "Darktree FPS 1.4" has also been shamelessly dumped on Steam by other asset flippers apart from Droid Riot/Trinity Project:

"Allotropy", asset flipped by Kedexa
"The Trigger", asset flipped by Kedexa
Take a look for yourself... these are all exactly the same game! Droid Riot/Trinity Project/Conglomerate 5 (how many shell accounts do these guys need to use?) have shown a repeat pattern of unethically dumping other people's work onto Steam as a cheap, nasty cash grab. Here's some examples so you can see for yourself:

"Fun Platformer" = Pixel Adventure 1 developed by Pixel Frog
"Really Trash Game" = Full Game Kit - Hammer 2 developed by XForm Games
"Shop Battle" = Simple Shop Interiors - Cartoon assets developed by Synty Studios
"Primitive Shooter" = Create a Game Source code developed by Sebastian Lague
"69 Ways to Kill a Zombie" = Simple Apocalypse Cartoon Assets Pack developed by Synty Studios
"Planetoid" = Tower Defense Toolkit 4 developed by SongGameDev
"Fox and Bunny" = Sunny Land developed by Ansimuz
The products that result from asset flips aren't "real" games. They lack depth and content, because they're just simplistic copies of demos or tutorials. In this case, "Darktree FPS 1.4" is just a simple FPS game made in Unity to teach people how to develop FPS games, with an ultra basic custom map, and doesn't have any merit as a proper, fully fledged PC game, so this copy+paste of it can't be recommended. Asset flips don't involve any professional game development. Sure, sometimes they may change a few cosmetic things, swap out different assets etc, but at heart it's functionally identical to the asset they're ripping off. Asset flips like this are harmful to the gaming industry and to Steam because they reduce the visibility that sincerely made indie games should have, and make it harder for gamers to find real games from genuine developers. Don't reward this morally bankrupt, unethical behaviour from Droid Riot/Trinity Project.
Profile Features Limited! Valve have marked this game as "Profile Features Limited" at the time of this review. This is usually caused by poor sales figures and low community acceptance for the game (to date). Until this status changes, this game will not give you +1 to your Game Collector badge count, appear in profile achievements or any other Steam meta-accomplishments, nor can it be displayed in some profile showcases. If these factors are important to you, it may be worth holding off before buying this game.
This game seems like a cool idea, the graphic are decent, but it is poorly executed. The controls are clunky, there is really loud music I couldn't turn down. This need a lot of refining to be worth any money.
игра не оправдала свои ожидание. Всё на англиском на oculus quest 2 не возможно играть в неё! Большой минус в том что после полигона или выхода из игры язык меняется снова на английский!
