The low price and short length allow you to tolerate the game's numerous flaws. The game is a small and simple adventure where you push forward by solving environmental puzzles. The whole thing takes around 30-40 minutes. Your abilities are basic because you can only walk around and jump. Fortunately, this is not a platformer so the jump button is never used. Puzzles are solved by pushing on objects, stepping on switches, or figuring out anything from the surroundings. One of these circumstances requires you to chase rabbits to their holes. The only problem is the first cave, as you have no idea what the game's mechanics are. However, once you realize that you need to push a rock to shatter a wall, the game becomes easier. Although the game's low pricing may surprise you based on the pictures and trailer, it becomes obvious once you start playing. The game hardly functions. You can walk through various objects that should be solid, such as stone columns, there's clipping through the environment and becoming stuck, the first cutscene has a glitch that keeps you from progressing unless you pause the game, and so on. The game includes checkpoints, so you at least don't have to replay the entire game after each issue. Another major issue are controls. You’ll have to play with keyboard and mouse because gamepad support is broken. You can walk around with the gamepad, but camera and jumping are not working. Camera movement with a mouse is annoying because of a visible mouse cursor. Because the cursor does not match the game's camera speed, you will be continually distracted as you move it around. The worst part is in the short maze section where you’re constantly fighting with the camera. It never stays where you want it. To make things even worse, there’s a shadow chasing you around. This is a very shy thumbs up. I was able to finish the game, and I would recommend this only at a heavy discount because of the visuals and possible sequel, but things have to work better. I might even suggest to place the game under "free".
cozy game i like it
