About

You and your crew got the party location wrong, and your ride broke down. Navigate through unforgiving waters using a beat-up ship that will from now on serve as your new, musty home.
This won't be an easy task, however, as you'll be facing the greatest enemy of primary school students: physics. Add to that falling boulders, sea mines, dangerous fauna, and much, much more.
Fortunately, the ship is equipped with a harpoon system that is sure to help you overcome even the toughest obstacles. The number of harpoons will increase as the game progresses, allowing for a creative approach to the problems you encounter.
Since this is a trip out on the water, fishing is an absolute must. Sell your fish to buy items that will make your survival easier.
Use gathered wood and scrap to repair the boat so you don't sink before reaching your destination. Remember to take care of yourself, too—but if things go south, all is not lost! Your crew can revive you using a Golden Fish.
Remember, though, that the destination isn't the most important thing; it's the journey and the company you keep along the way. The more you stray off the beaten path, the more items you'll be able to gather—and maybe you'll even uncover the secret of Laba the Frog.

A hilarious mix of RV There Yet and Sea of Thieves. A good game to take a break from more serious games and have a good laugh with friends.
Water You Doing? is a physics-focused adventure that turns an unreliable boat trip into a chaotic mixture of exploration, survival, teamwork, and improvised problem solving. Developed and published by DiSolve Studios, it builds its identity around the idea that simply reaching your destination should never be easy. The boat becomes the center of nearly every situation, forcing players to navigate dangerous waters while dealing with damage, unexpected obstacles, limited resources, and the consequences of an intentionally unpredictable physics system. Rather than presenting a serious maritime simulation, the game aims for an accessible and humorous journey where accidents can be just as memorable as successful plans. Keeping the vessel operational is one of the main responsibilities throughout the adventure. Damage can quickly create problems, so gathering wood, scrap, and other useful materials becomes an important part of staying afloat. Repairs are not merely an occasional side activity but something that complements exploration and encourages players to pay attention to the environment. The boat effectively functions as both transportation and a shared objective that everyone must protect. This creates entertaining pressure during cooperative sessions because steering toward safety is only one part of the job. Someone may need to repair damage while another player handles navigation, collects resources, or deals with an immediate environmental threat. Harpoons add considerably more personality to the mechanics. They function as versatile tools that can be used to interact with the world, overcome obstacles, and create unusual physics-based solutions. Additional harpoons become available as progress is made, gradually expanding what players can attempt. This emphasis on experimentation gives many situations an improvised quality. Instead of always presenting one obvious solution, the game encourages players to manipulate objects and use the surrounding environment creatively. The resulting outcomes can range from surprisingly clever victories to ridiculous accidents, which fits the deliberately comedic nature of the experience. The voyage contains more than straightforward sailing. Sea mines, dangerous creatures, falling rocks, puzzles, difficult terrain, and other hazards repeatedly interfere with progress. There are even opportunities for ambitious boat jumps, reinforcing the game's willingness to sacrifice realism in favor of entertaining situations. Ragdoll physics further amplify the comedy, especially when several players are involved. The controls and physical interactions can produce moments where a carefully organized plan collapses almost instantly, but that unpredictability is clearly part of the intended appeal. Fishing offers a welcome change of pace from repairing and navigating. Fish can be caught and sold, providing money that can then be spent on equipment or useful supplies. This gives fishing a practical role instead of making it purely decorative. Exploration is similarly rewarded, with optional areas offering resources, equipment, unusual discoveries, and secrets. The mystery involving Laba the Frog gives particularly curious players another reason to investigate locations rather than simply following the most direct route. These secondary activities help break up the journey and provide incentives for crews willing to risk leaving safer waters. Cooperative play is arguably the strongest reason to experience Water You Doing?. The game supports online cooperation, and its systems naturally encourage players to divide responsibilities without becoming overly rigid about assigned roles. One person can focus on navigation while others repair the boat, fish, explore, or experiment with harpoons. Because the physics can create unexpected complications, communication becomes useful without turning the game into a demanding tactical exercise. Players can also interfere with one another, intentionally or accidentally, which adds another layer of slapstick humor. Even potentially disastrous situations can sometimes be recovered from through mechanics such as the Golden Fish, which can help bring fallen companions back into the adventure. Single-player is available, but playing alone changes the character of the experience. The exploration, fishing, puzzles, resource management, and survival mechanics remain functional, yet much of the game's humor comes from the unpredictable behavior of multiple people sharing the same fragile vessel. Solo players consequently receive a more controlled adventure, while groups are more likely to experience the spontaneous stories and ridiculous failures that make the concept distinctive. The presentation complements the lighthearted premise with colorful three-dimensional environments and a stylized visual direction. The game also includes controller support, achievements, cloud functionality, and other conveniences expected from a modern Steam release. Technical polish, however, is an area worth considering. Performance, optimization, checkpoint behavior, visibility, and certain interaction problems have required attention. Updates and fixes demonstrate active effort to improve these areas, but players particularly sensitive to technical roughness should keep expectations measured. Steam Deck compatibility is currently best regarded as uncertain rather than guaranteed. There is no strong basis for treating it as officially Steam Deck Verified, so handheld players should expect that compatibility, performance, controls, readability, or other aspects may require additional testing or adjustment. Full controller support is encouraging for portable play, but it should not be confused with an official guarantee of an ideal Steam Deck experience. Water You Doing? succeeds most when treated as a cooperative comedy adventure rather than a precise boating or survival simulator. Its combination of an unreliable vessel, resource gathering, repairs, fishing, harpoons, exploration, environmental dangers, puzzles, and exaggerated physics creates plenty of opportunities for emergent entertainment. Technical imperfections can interfere with that fun, and solo play does not capture the concept quite as effectively, but groups that enjoy unpredictable physics-driven adventures should find considerable charm in trying to keep their voyage from becoming a complete disaster. Honestly the game seems like a pretty fun concept. However, in its current state, its unplayable. Lighting just wont allow you to play at night and even makes it hard to read/see items and tutorials. If bugs and lighting are fixed, could be a very fun game.
This is a great game. Sure, it has some bugs and you may need to cap your framerate, but for the grand total of $5 and the fact that it was released less than 24 hours ago, it's amazing.
