This game has potential but I honestly feel like it is not in a condition complete enough to justify release, let alone a full release. It needs a lot of work. It can get there though, I will be watching it. For now though I reccomend the walking trade instead.
14 Minutes in and I am already having to ctrl alt del to get out of the game because I cannot get out of the computer screen when trying to hire an employee. I want this game to be as epic as it could be so badly but it is unplayable in its current state. I am a sucker for apocalyptic games but this one needs so much tweaking. I think it could be done, but floating buildings, floating npc, and the inability to do basic controls and commands is just disappointing. I will keep the game in hopes that it is updated and fixed but I cannot recommend this game in its current state. Should have spent way more time before releasing.
If anyone’s thinking of getting this game on Steam Deck, don’t waste your time or money. The game loads up and then just freezes, so you can’t do anything at all. I’ve tried tweaking all the graphics settings and nothing makes a difference. You can also hear how loud the fans get while it’s trying to load, which isn’t a great sign. I can’t comment on the actual gameplay because I haven’t been able to play it at all. Really disappointing, as I was looking forward to this, but I’ll be refunding.
sad you cant get this to even run on steam deck. way better games run perfect. hell this ♥♥♥♥ game is just cloning more bull crappy junkyard simshop garbage yet looks like crap. y0ur crap updates are not optimized and the whole game is junk. come up with your own ideas instead of stealing and coping games and making them even worse! games nothing but trash.
simply put DO NOT BUY, another game that tried it's hardest, and then nothing.
I really wanted to like this game, A shop simulator with a fallout like scavenger system but instead I got lag, I got a cashier who just stood there doing nothing, I got all the town people merging into one unholy entity, I got people morphing through my door even though it was closed and the sign switched to closed, I got over a kilometre away from the settlement (about 20 min real time walk) to find nothing, Spamming the jump allows you to fly if you jump off a high peek. Eventually I found a shell of a church and the only thing inside was a loot box that I couldn't open. It wasn't locked or if it was there was no indication to say so, Just interacting with it did the same as trying to interact with the air. At that point I gave up. So much potential wasted. I hope I can update this down the line to say things have changed and the game is so much better.
