Reviews
Not very much content and hasn't been updated in eight months. They prolly abandoned it.
Fun game, great potential, but unfortunately abandoned and in a noticeably incomplete state. The only reason some reviewers (myself included) have 15+ hours is because we kept playing the game for short periods of time after each update to see what changed and help test the game. Most reviewers (even positive) have less than 5 (or even 2) hours played, only a few have more than 20 hours. Barely worth $5 since it has no (or extremely little) hope of ever progressing beyond the current bare-bones point. It should never have left Early Access, it was rushed to 1.0 with many remaining bugs and features which feel incomplete or unfulfilled - possibly because the creator knew they were fighting a losing battle and wanted to fully release it before disappearing due to other commitments or frustration with development, but that's just personal speculation. That being said, it's a fun little ship customization and combat simulator that lets you accumulate a fleet of ships, customize them, and blow up or capture other fleets of ships. Somewhat buggy/laggy, and little to no explanation of some mechanics. If you can get it for $1-$2 at some point and/or don't mind it having no real point/goal and maybe 2-5 hours of content, it can be pretty fun. TL;DR Fun for what it is, but barely worth $5. Great potential, but rushed out of Early Access with incomplete features and bugs and then abandoned by the dev(s).
Worst Game ever. Laggy as crap boring gameplay. and no multiplayer. DO NOT BUY!
The game is utter and complete ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ garbage. The tutorials covered combat yet the ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ weapons don't even bother to work. Everywhere I warp to is loaded up the ass with OP enemies, It doesn't display where my next mission is so i have to guestimate where it is via map. The mouse curser is 100 miles and a billion hours late in response to actual mouse movment. The mouse delay is completely ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ annoying and shouldn't be considered a feature but a piece of ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ cancer of this game. Ship customization is retarded because it groups blocks and you have to press escape button everytime. Rotation is annoying, and so much as having more than 4 weapons on a decent sized ship is like a ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ crime, so the game punishes you for having a full fledged battle ship. Instead of punishing the user's ship efficiency, why not just nerf the weapons the more you add them? Since this is, for some odd ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ reason, a completed game, I will say to anyone considering this game, don't ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ bother. It's more of a chore than a fun experience to build, play, and fight ships. You might as well spend the extra $ on Space Engineers or Empyrion because this game just ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ sucks big ♥♥♥♥ that has every STD in the book. I hope the developers realised how utter and complete ♥♥♥♥ their game is.
ive think 15 hour is enough to give a review to kick things off THE GAME ive been looking for is now a reality well 90% of it it definately a fun game to play it has it issue but the developer is working of bugs fixes so it will take time. but if space fleet and ship degins is your thing then this game is down your street. but it lacks a good tutorial but you will figure most of through experimenting i give it 9/10 in my books Update 27//03/17 given how long the last update was and almost no news since it get negative now form me pitty it was such a good game
It's a bit of a clunker, and takes a little bit to get into. That said, if you like making large space ships with Legos and thought it would be cool to make them shoot at each other in a video game, Warfleet has got you covered. That's pretty much all there is to it. There isn't a lot of depth, but it's some good fun if you like the idea. I should mention ship builder is notably harder to use than just snapping toy blocks together though, so it could probably be frustrating for some players to use.
Its a good game so far, a bit lacking in the content progression area, but for the price its nearly acceptable. a few updates or an ongoing development process would do this game good as well as having some more exposure.
Great game, Still needs work on the ship builder or a tutorial, Because it took me 2 hours to get a hold of, But once you do. This game is amazingly fun, Also would reccomend implementing an autosave feature, Because i've lost so many good ships due to no autosave (I'm lazy and forget to save myself)
it's a simple game. it's 5 dollars. it's fine. i had some fun with it.
This game has some compelling combat, but besides that it's pretty lame. It's glitchy, there's no clear objective, no way to measure proggress, little customization beyond ship building, the ship building system is confusing and boring, fleet management barely works, and worst of all, the developer has totally abandoned the game. The last update was in January 2017, and all it did was change the name from Warfleet to Warmada. This game is worth five dollars, but I would not pay much more than that for it.
