The kind of gems they don't make anymore. Even better with mods.

The game Dawn of War and it's expansions have not been reconfigured to newer PC's compared to the old PC's of when it first was released as a game. This means that they a robbing you of money as it is now plagued with error reports that stop you completing missions on multiple races on the campaign and solutions that stop you being able to use "high" graphics settings and multiplayer are the only available ones, for example: I just completed a mission on the Necron campaign mode where I beat the space marines and got this error which makes you unable to complete the mission, this is the error report and there is no solution online to it as I already have all the graphics turned to the lowest settings, it's on the lowest setting already because of an earlier repeating error called "Error 183" to which the only solution is to turn your graphics down to the lowest settings. Now back onto the next repeating error that ULTIMATELY MAKES THE GAME AS A WHOLE UNPLAYABLE: "Unable to create error report please verify that there is enough space in your TEMP folder." when I looked online the only solution I found was this: "this is a a error reguarding memory(because the game is set to a hardcap of 2gbs) as far as i am aware(i get it as well) and the only solution i can do is turn EVERY SETTING down to the absoulote lowest that will alow you to play However there is a program called CFF explorer that allows you to remove the hardcap but doing so you won't be able to do mutiplayer(i have no idea why) but for skirmish and such it works and you can play the game on the highest" So taking this all into account, the game is essentially not fit for release on modern PC's but they did it anyway for easy profit by preying on peoples nostalgia and preying on the fact that in the past they used to make games to actually work from when you opened the box and your old memories of the Dawn of War games being not full of errors are perfect bait for their easy scam.
this game is lagy and unfinished if you wanna buy a dawn of war dlc just buy winter assult or dark crusade they are way better
A classic RTS in the Warhammer 40K universe. Soulstorm adds the Sisters of Battle, who have some interesting and unique units. Love the game, would definitely recommend to old-school RTS enthusiasts and WH40K fans.
