Wardens of the Amber Cage

Review is currently based on my first time playing, single player in desktop mode. Simplistic dungeon runner game. Either try to run like hell or fight your way through. Does not appear to be a ton of depth behind it, but I only made it to level 4 and completed two runs. Currently only four weapons to choose from, would love to see upgrades and new weapon types! Character leveling is linear and Im not exactly sure what you get for leveling up. Cant say I would buy it again at the current price. Like a lot of these games, the potential is there... just keep going with it! I am excited to try the boss battles in VR though! Will update my review afterwards.

Wardens of the Amber Cage is a free to play VR fantasy shooter game. Has smooth walking movement, not sure if you can change to teleport. Has 27 steam achievements. You can play without VR HMD. Has steam leaderboards. You can play Co-op with other players on steam. Try this game, you might like it.

Un très bon jeu dynamique et fun qui a la particularité de toujours nous donner envie de reessayer pour faire de meilleurs temps de run possible. Je le conseille pour tout les amateurs de speed run. Le mode multijoueur est aussi très agréable, le jeu prend presque tout son sens à plusieurs à la fois à jouer en coopération ou en voulant défier ses amis en faisant les meilleurs scores possible.

Very fun game with a lot of potential. I "only" played around 10 hours and i'm still having a good time trying to beat the levels and running though the dungeon. Speedrunners would love it ^^ I only played solo but I can't wait to try it with a couple of friends. Don't get fooled by the cool cartoonish atmosphere though, the game is challenging and always keeps up under pressure (it takes time to learn the patterns and stuff). The VR version must be even cooler ^^ The gameplay is simple yet enjoyable and i'd love to see a few upgrades for the weapons but so far i'd recommend this game without hesitation ^^

Must applaud the developer´s swift response and interest. The developer fixed a problem, and I played the game. Found it nice and interesting. Good job. Thumbs up !

This game is sweet, crisp, and straight to the point. I played on my monitor co-op with my GF on the Vive. A lot of fun and would like to see the devs make more stuff that even has a pricetag to it!
